@WilliamAztech I'm gonna take a guess and say that these are his tracks and he shows which plugin he used to make the synth lead in that part of the song
@Tranc3Producer You've already got two of the best VSTs for trance leads. The only one I'd personally recommend apart from those two is Omnisphere, although, for near enough the same price you could get a Waldorf Blofeld which is awesome for trancy leads!
@hpadz hardware has only better sound quality if it's real analogue. Virtual analogues both on PC /Mac or stand alone digital synths are the same thing basically. Some of the good sounding virtual analogues are not available in PC/Mac format to protect themselves from copying
@spikkel70 that depends a lot on what you want. many hardware synths are very good for some sounds, some hardware synths I was very unimpressed with when I played them. But in general, the good hardware synths have more "depth", they tend to sound fuller/warmer. But yes, there are many hardware that are mostly a waste of money...
hi, thanx for the tips......im trying komplexer...it cant be sequenced? i couldnt see how to configure the midi keyboard to komplexer..........is it not possible?
Its needed make it in camtasia, so we can see who is who (what synth in what sound). "BassHunter Now you're gone" made so. (me too). check there. If you get a recording label youll make success. Lacks you some melody, you just play rythms without melody. I also im recording a dance CD, a country CD, among other rythms. Nowadays nobody needs expensive hardware synths anymore.
@hpadz so what you have knobs? you can automate knobs on VST synths. some synths are about the same as hardware synth when it comes to sound quality. some VST synths have 30gigs+ of patches (presets).
the marco v cover , whas pretty well done , and around the 5 minutes some real good sounds say hello to my speakers, i watched the whole thing just because i am pretty impressed by this .....skillfull footage ....nice to see all the high quality vst,s ......dont u use lennar digital, and audjoo helix??....the cost a good amount of euro,s but worth the buy . . ps a love pro 53 , its a nasty bitch and a spacelady at the same time.
Yup, if you only pay $35 for your " vst plugginz" on the black market the as opposed to "retail VST plug-ins" (trade mark), you may find that, if urged to stick your penis inside for "good effect", sometimes the reaction is: "they suck so hard!!!". Please stick to authentic "Plug-ins", and not their fake counterparts. they chafe less. Yes hardware is ok to use in this fashion, 1/8 inch jack outputs are fine :)... Regards, Steinberg GMBH
@DjKurdo10 yeah, i've seen a video where armin van bureen was using v-station. so you are right,a lot of big producers use these synths. i don't know about tiesto, i don't know what he uses.
@psychtronic Some professional skills at work here. Are you shure you want to do economics? It sounds like most of your tracks are well known trance tracks. Could you pls place the names of those in your description for comparisation?
for those looking out to get those really: mecha, trance, techno, futuristica and electropop sounds like those dance songs of the 80's up to modern themes like the loading tracks in fifa games etc: the best is to use is a hybrid blend of many vst like : nexus + vanguard(end up sounding like basshunter kinda), sytrus (very good!), toxic biohazard ( like those japanese electropops =D) also some vst I suggest: ummet ozcan genesis, gladiator, albino, sylenth1 and adventus+Buy a sequencer machine!
Hardware usually has memory and wont f*** up like software does, also software on internet is often warezed. it's a good idea to have all your stuff on dvd's or something like that. Have you checked Korg Electribe ever? Mixing hardware like that with software gives out unseen professional results, I don't own a hardware like that atm but it's probably a good diea to have one, or at least a complete workstation.
@theguitarlol Software also has memory, often more than hardware. Total recall is also much easier to use in software than in hardware. You can wire software easier. Loading projects with whatever configuration is a simple click in software, good luck trying that in hardware when you rewired your gear in the meantime.
@theguitarlol I'll give you that professional hardware produces probably the highest quality, however there is also professional software that's just as good, where the hardware quality makes for maybe 1% of subjective quality; and we're speaking about 1k-10k software here (hardware costing easily three times as much).
I don't know about workstations, closest thing to a workstation I used was an MPC and boy after that experiment I was glad to have Fasttracker still installed on my PC. Totally unusable IMO.
To sum up, hardware might be great and all, but for an investment of 99€ (FL Studio) you can get software easily worth 10 or 20 times that in hardware; *and* have a great usability (how much does a hardware sequencer w/ big screen cost? 5000€?).
@henkdeveroveraar well,errrr..let me put it like this way:why should i tweak a dozen of parameters to get a commercially acceptable supersaw on an analog style VST synth,or input the arpeggios manually when it's all out there?Gated pads?I mean its ok if you have time for that, but I actually don't..The needs of the commercial music scene in my country does NOT allow me to be a tweaker, but to produce fast tracks a bunch of stupid people would jump to in a club.Nexus is a wonder!Thumbz up for REFX
@niftman i get your point. i like it better to create my own sound. it just gives me a good feeling that i made it from the ground up. nexus is good for the commercial stuff. but for those who want to make something special it`s pretty much useless. imho nexus makes it easier to make a generic song but makes it harder to make something spectacular that really stands out of the crowd.
i like your dubstep track btw (im more of a hardstyle fan myself but its pretty nice.)
@niftman yeah, i recently got ableton live myself. but i`m having some trouble getting used to it. fl is just more user friendly i guess. not to mention the piano roll is a lot better then ableton`s
@niftman no man, you really are not gonna get very far like that. you really need to learn your stuff in and out because there will be people out there who will hear your stuff and say, no, do this to the bass, do this to the lead, do this to that pad, then what will you do? look for patches for all of that? lol. no, you have to learn how to do it yourself. and if you say you don't know or can't find a patch for it, then people will think you're just a kid or copy cat or something.
@DeefexNYC give me your e mail so I can send you one of my tracks where I tweaked basses leads and stuff to prove you I CAN do that, but I DON'T like to meddle with that stuff. That was my point.Nexus is a damn good software for quick production, that's all I wanted to say.Why would someone bother to manually make a supersaw or some trancy leads or basses when its all out there and made really good?I mean you can if you want to.I do not have anything against it,ok?
Omnisphere is KING of vst's...over 30 gigs of sheer wonder. Seriously though, I haven't even scratched the surface of all it's goodies. It's incredible and the sound is TOP notch...

NzNexus2 1 year ago
@NzNexus2
You cannot download hardware...the whole point of software is that you can download it...you can use 10 instances of the same plug-in at once...
You cannot do that with hardware!
As for sound quality - remember - most modern digital synths are basically computers with built in DSP chips for signal processors and a sound card...
Now - If a synth has 24-bit audio at 96khz output....set you sound card to this setting
Your PC will then have the same quality output

@psychtronic any solution?
M92A1 1 year ago
@psychtronic No - it will work.....you have to adjust some settings in the FL Studio Wrapper....
Even if it is cracked...it will still work....although you should buy it if you use it...
Go to the wrapper settings ->
Send Loop Postion = Set to Off
Use Fixed Buffer Size = Set to On
It will now work...save this setting for the plug-in...
It will work perfectly from now on...

Omnisphere is KING of vst's...over 30 gigs of sheer wonder. Seriously though, I haven't even scratched the surface of all it's goodies. It's incredible and the sound is TOP notch...

@Cainsmoker Actually NI Kontakt is the king of VST's containing almost 60Gb of patches all sampled in 24bit 96khz wav :P

@krazyliljoo94 Kontakt IS good, I will agree with you there. I feel that quality surpasses quantity
