I never said Satch or Vai were untalented...I just said that they both use a massive amount of digital effects in their music. It's the same thing with Kirk Hammett when he found his favorite Wah pedal, he used it in just about every solo from then on...Satch and Vai are two of the most talented guitarists of the last 30 years or so, but for me there songs get a little tedious with all of the effects

Satriani could of course have a stadium of people going nuts without reverb or delay, it just opens up his sound stage a bit. What is wrong with that?

Flamenquea el Barrio, Estopa, Los Delincuentes... Triana y Cai tocan rock andaluz enraizado que te llega a las entrañas. Menos virtuosos? seguro. Más inspirados y profundos? Seguro también. Just saw Joe Satriani play at the State Theatre in Austin, Texas. It was only the finest concert I have ever seen. His playing is so mature and surreal now that he is in a class by himself. I been blessed to see him many times in concert and believe it or not he continues to get better. All I can say was WOW!!

Fantastic song. I saw him do this in Reno with the intro on acoustic. While the intro here sounds awesome, as always, it doesn't come close to the all acoustic intro and then into the hard rock section. The song development is just incredible. Satch is the man. He went into an extended solo section and...I can't describe his shows enough. Everyone who watched this video is awesome for watching it. Keep appreciating the music!!
