    Walt could only afford 160 acres for Disneyland. It drove up the price of land and could not expand. For his EPCOT dream, he bought 27,400 acres in Florida. Emerald Eco City greatly expands plan and begins with 200,000 acres (size of NYC New York island of Manhattan!) - 400,000 residences (500-to-5,000 sq.ft.) plus businesses and attractions - 260 million sq.ft.
