(That five seconds is usually enough for the officers to get someone into custody.) Either way they didnt shoot him with the darts, but rather drive stunned him which doesnt incapacitate you at all, just hurts. The second they let off you dont feel a thing. he was perfectly capable of standing up 3 seconds after they stopped tasing him, much less 3 minutes.
I don't really like the overuse of the taser in this video. I saw it as extremely depressing to watch, obviously everybody comments on videos behind their screens, they have their anonymity. Here's a fact... anytime you hear somebody screaming from tasering, remember that it's just theatric drama. Yep, it's just an act. That's because 1) you can't talk, much less scream when the voltage is applied, and 2) once the voltage is turned off the condition is completely painless.
Remember this when you hear all the screaming on these "torture" videos. No one who is screaming is being tased, and if they really are in agony it has nothing to do with the Taser.

Wow, first off, you can get the identification to lodge a complaint against a cop from the police department. I guarantee you, if a cop uses force, he has to right a report.
This video doesn't show anything, not even the guy being tased. Everyone knows, that when a cop tells you to do something, which is usually as simple as "show me your hands", or "walk outside", you do it. It's a lawful order by a law enforcement officer.
Also, a cop has to be tased in order to carry and use a taser.

(That five seconds is usually enough for the officers to get someone into custody.) Either way they didnt shoot him with the darts, but rather drive stunned him which doesnt incapacitate you at all, just hurts. The second they let off you dont feel a thing. he was perfectly capable of standing up 3 seconds after they stopped tasing him, much less 3 minutes.

I don't really like the overuse of the taser in this video. I saw it as extremely depressing to watch, obviously everybody comments on videos behind their screens, they have their anonymity. It's fine to have an opinion but this is mine and I really don't like the atmosphere the police were creating, I'm not sure how it got to the point where he needed to be tasered. But I would hope they had at least tried to calm him, from what I saw, it looked like these "officers" were enjoying this..
