I like your how to dance salsa videos (these 2 couples) but I am thrown off by the leader going back on 1. It throws my counting off because I start forward on 1......but I put on mute and it helps.

@1latinoguy I'm impressed on how he manages to do this move and still maintain his posture. i love the womans arm styling but i'm not too crazy about the way he did the move. The way I learned it, it was ment to be a follow threw. Meaning that the leader comes in and tosses the hand behind the follower rather than placing it behind manuely. The toss would happen about 1 count later than shown here. The follower turns naturally from the momentum.

Exactly as you see it now I do agree with many of you who consider these short videos as the most intructive material on Salsa by now on youtube. I have had a look at many . MY former favorite was "addicted to salsa" I do suggest trying to dance the steps wheter at the beginning or at the end of the trailer with a bit of music .. to give the extra kick . best wishes from Bolivia Isaac

You guys have the best how to dance salsa videos on youtube ! most of the videos on youtube are combos or patterns, but you have each move with its name, and break it down real good. Its easier to learn move by move and then combine them once you're in the dancefloor. Good job guys !
