  • i workout, i try to everyday. but i still feel very lazy. some days i dont work out because i feel lazy/tired.

    Also, usually around 12:45 everyday, i feel soo dam tired at school and i cant pay attenttion to the teacher because im so sleepy. How could i be more awake and/or active during the day?

    What are you eating and are you stressing out your adrenal glands with caffeinated beverages? Drink more water, eat whole foods snacks like apples and almond butter, and don't substitute caffeine for sleep. Seek out a nutritional therapist for help. You can feel better!
