analyse this: he plays 50 games on his first 2 seasons...so, from there plays 11 seasons whit bulls...at age of 38 plays 2 more...so 15 a seasons? no only 13 and half...but retire for 5 years...what he do on only 11 and half seasons even 2 more at 40 was amazing...all records no one can beat that...what happens if he plays from 84 to 2002 consecutive? #1 in all almost all categories easy # 1 a Scoring beating Karim...by far...think that...when u compare whit Kobe,...the best "imitation" OF MJ.
I have been trying to find out the song playing during the boston celtics hilights, a great song but very hard to know what the song title is, unless you are an 80s soundtrack geek it would be hard to know it.
@JohnnyMarr03 Yeah like literally I couldn't find it either so I just downloaded the youtube video and then ripped the audio from it hahah no bullshit
@ryaniss0beastyo Lol! nice work! i'll probably do the same thing. song is too hard to find. One day i'm going to take a cd player to a basketball court and play the song as i shoot hoops. just for the fun of it, so i can pretend i'm playing the celtics at the garden, and i'll do the dribble between the legs v bird move, lol.
@JohnnyMarr03 hahaha yes! I've done that in gym class hahahahhaaha. But get this hahah, this past year in football workouts id listen to this while squatting and cleaning hahahaha its great!
that game against Boston....I saw it live and it was amazing. We were all awestruck. We didn't realize what we were watching, but knew this was a special performance by a special man.My love for MJ grew after his 63 pt.performance vs Celtics.
down below i didnt even see comments about 1:30. i must have watched that play 6 times. UNREAL... I love Kobe, Im a little bitter at LeBron, but there will never be another Jordan. People seem to forget the leader that MJ was, and the fire he always had about winning and his team. MJ cared about winning so much that he would beat up his teammates to make his team better. Kobe is MJ JR, always looking up at Jordan. Lebron is not even in the same article let alone the same sentence as Mj.
One thing not mentioned in any comments about the 63 vs. the Celtics: the Celtics won. Had the post-1990 Jordan, the more team and winning-oriented Jordan been on the floor that day, they might have won that series...or, against the 1986 Celtics, maybe not, but it would have been more competitive.
That is true but that said it was probably the best individuals performance in playoff history. Just the sheer ability to score on that team. Anytime in the lane he was going over Macale and perish or Walton and Macale. Then getting fouled and finishing just on onslaught of offensive dominance.
@Bigturns33 It was unreal. I just find it interesting that this was the point in the NBA where it started promoting stars and not teams, to its - and the game's - long-term detriment.
1:33 One of the best moves I've ever seen. Even if it doesn't look all that hard I know that it's extremely difficult. To stay in the air that long & control your body in mid air is amazing in itself.
Agreed. What makes it so incredible is that he goes right into the move straight from a hesitation dribble. One moment he's near the three point line the next he's finishing a crazy double wrap reverse. It's absolutely impossible to do that without raw physical gifts. Your hands MUST be huge to pull that off. Watch how he exploded towards the hoop and yet still had absolute control of the ball. Most talented player ever.
Omg i feel like I'm five years old again. I have this on vhs
