Well, I wasn't expecting this. Cliff recorded a different song with the same title in - I think - 1959 written possibly by Buddy Holly. It appeared on one of his early e.p.'s, "Cliff"

I didn't know Cliff had a version of this happy song. His voice is so clear and melodious ... and British. I wonder if this is on CD. I've seen YT clips of his TV show in the 70s. He sang another favorite song of mine at that time, "The Most Beautiful Girl in the World." Maybe he sang this on one of his shows. Thanks for posting.
