i think that the punishment didnt fit the crime but what they did was still wrong. its not nice nor is it okay to sexually harass someone. now ive heard of 5 13yrold boys tricking a mentally retarted girl(same age) into giveing them all oral sex. now that should be punishable but instead nothing happened. so what needs to be done is telling boys to be respectful and stop saying no punishment for crimes at all that boys are boys. no one has the right to touch anyone inaproprately!

What's even more scare is when they turn 18 they go on the public sex offender list and are forced to comply with ALL sex offender laws such as where they are allowed to live, and other things...I should know I'm on there for something I did when I was 13 and now I'm 24 I'm pretty much the same as a child rapist, even though the whole thing was consensual...she was just 11, and I was 13...all over grabing her breast..

i think its outragous that 13 yeaold kids should have to register as sex offendors for a relitively benign activity,...i would be hesitant to make the connection that the prison population issue has anything to do with the this specific issue....not so sure that jails are full of 13 year old kids who are in for slapping girls butts..anyone know how many juvaniles are in jail today for non penatrative sexual offenses, compared to penatrative or violent non consentual offenses?
