i havent played this game for around 1 year and its ridiculous vanillaa wow. you had a fairly decent char with 6-7k hp tanking then bc was around 12k then wotlk was like 55k in later patches now its 178k its just stupid

In each expansion, you face more powerfull bosses etc. etc. These bosses are, as i said, more powerful i.e more damage done! For a player to sustain that damage he will need more health! Besides, it is a levelling game, and you never stop to evolve (until max level). So actually it makes perfect sense that players have 170k hp

Hobbs, I don't know how to say all this without coming off as an ass I just want to help, but why are you pulling using Exorcism? You should be able to gain enough threat with HoR and pop Divine Plea for an instant 3 stacks of HP then hit SoR it will give you tons of threat plus HS :) just a suggestion, I have a feeling the trolls with be hating, let them :D
