I love when people say show me proof God exist...as they are and also are speaking to Gods creation to ask the question..Scientist have even come to the conclusion that we had to be designed..our make is so complexed than no way could a rock give birth to such life,nor could a ocean of water that is empty of life..we have billions of planets and we are the only life given planet in our world..may be other worlds but its not the One God created for us..this is..

@tmrmga12 Charles Darwin traveled the world and studied life for years before writing the Origin of Species. And he didn't KNOW anything, they were just theories. Over 100 years later, we've refined his theory and now we know for a fact that evolution occurs, and the theory of evolution is the best explanation of how life evolves.
Not one single piece of information has ever been brought forth that contradicts evolution.

@tmrmga12 The appendix is vestigial because it has lost most of its original function. It used to be a cecum in which bacteria was housed for digesting cellulose. Other animals have fully functional cecums which allows them to digest cellulose. We can digest very little cellulose, because our appendix has shrunk and lost most of the bacteria that digests cellulose.
Even if it does play a minor role in the immune system of infants, it's still vestigial.

I am covered in tattoos, gauged ears, and play drums in a metal band. I drink beer, smoke weed, and I'm having a child out of wedlock. I have made ALOT of mistakes along the way, but only god will judge me. I read from my bible everyday and repent for my poor decisions. I was misguided by lust and todays "science". Luckily I know our God is a forgiving god. I am living proof that god loves all his children. He has taken away my anxiety and fear, and replaced it with love and faith.

@tmrmga12 Vestigial structures are possible, and there's many examples of them. We have them in our own body. The appendix is one. Another one is the little muscles under our skin that cause goosebumps. What do you think those are used for? Well, they were used to raise the hairs on us to provide an insulated layer for heat to get trapped and keep us warm. Well, those muscles are on parts of our body with no hair. They're completely vestigial. They used to have a function.

Those defense mechanisms evolve due to environmental pressures. Like butterflies changing color due to the change in color of their environment. They change color to blend in with the new environment, so they aren't found as easily by predators.

Your assumption is that evolution says that if the bird evolves to where it can no longer fly, then the wings have to be useless. Where does it say that?

@tmrmga12 Vestigial means that they can either be functionless, or they could have lost their original function. Wings are originally for flight.
But even if the books are wrong and that they're not vestigial, that doesn't mean the ostrich didn't evolve. Are you crazy? That's not even close to the same thing.
How did the ostrich learn how to kick? It's instinctual. You don't have to learn how to suck on breasts as a baby. You automatically do it when something touches your face.

@tmrmga12 Developed? No. They evolved. They were a specific organism that were put in a chemical that they couldn't eat. Eventually they evolved the ability to eat that chemical. And scientists watched that happen. That's evolution. Only a change to the genome could have caused that.

If an organism changes a little in a short period of time, it will change a lot in a long period of time. That's a self-evident fact. How can you deny that?

@tmrmga12 Well I care that people are religious because religious people try to hinder scientific education and research. And they also lobby for law changes based on their beliefs.
But other than that, if you don't do any of that, the only reason I would care that you're religious is because I want people to use their brains. @tmrmga12 The appendix is vestigial because it has lost most of its original function. It used to be a cecum in which bacteria was housed for digesting cellulose. Other animals have fully functional cecums which allows them to digest cellulose. We can digest very little cellulose, because our appendix has shrunk and lost most of the bacteria that digests cellulose.
Even if it does play a minor role in the immune system of infants, it's still vestigial.

I am covered in tattoos, gauged ears, and play drums in a metal band. I drink beer, smoke weed, and I'm having a child out of wedlock. I have made ALOT of mistakes along the way, but only god will judge me. I read from my bible everyday and repent for my poor decisions. I was misguided by lust and todays "science". Luckily I know our God is a forgiving god. I am living proof that god loves all his children. He has taken away my anxiety and fear, and replaced it with love and faith.

The people who deny evolution, now, in the 21st century, are just as backwards as the people who still hold that the Earth is flat.

Another one is the little muscles under our skin that cause goosebumps. What do you think those are used for? Well, they were used to raise the hairs on us to provide an insulated layer for heat to get trapped and keep us warm. Well, those muscles are on parts of our body with no hair. They're completely vestigial. They used to have a function.

Those defense mechanisms evolve due to environmental pressures. Like butterflies changing color due to the change in color of their environment. They change color to blend in with the new environment, so they aren't found as easily by predators.

How did the ostrich learn how to kick? It's instinctual. You don't have to learn how to suck on breasts as a baby. You automatically do it when something touches your face.

@tmrmga12 Well I care that people are religious because religious people try to hinder scientific education and research. And they also lobby for law changes based on their beliefs.
But other than that, if you don't do any of that, the only reason I would care that you're religious is because I want people to use their brains. When you mindlessly believe in god, with no evidence, and you think you know everything about the universe, and deny evolution, I try to correct that by debate.

It's not my job to prove it's fake. It's your job, or the job of the people who made the video to prove that what they're saying really happened.

We're always trying to help others because diplomacy is important and they try to set a good example because America is one of the most important countries in the world. There are lots of reasons to give foreign aid. But we're not the only ones who do that. Almost every country does.
