1st. u have to find lots of dry weeds.

2nd. u have to gather all the dry weeds together and make sure its alot of it.

3rd. start burning it.

No dont make it with ammonium nitrate(its a main ingrediant in real bombs) add some baking soda to slow the burning rate and making it NOT blow up

you have to mix it and cook it in a pan on your stove top on low heat until it looks like peanut butter in color

i make these in toilet paper tubes filled to the top. you can cut down on the fire if you mix in baking soda while you caramelize the kno3 and sugar to get the less fiery but equally smokey effect. you can also make rocket candy by dissolving the kno3 and sugar then boiling it back out. add a little Fe2O3 (iron II oxide) aka red rust and it will burn longer and more stable than just kno3 and sugar boiled back out. you may also be able to use FeO (iron oxide/Ferrous oxide) aka brown rust.

it's not a bad grenade, actually it's pretty good. The only problem is that it burst into flames. you can easily correct that by buying thin layers of rubber and fireproof coatings at firework stores, then you have a great grenade that you can hold, or put in a tree. anyway, nice grenade.
