USMC Honoring Mess Night Tradition Part 1

I was a piccolo player in the USMC Band and I "piped in the beef" to the Mess Nights and for Marine Corps Balls on our birthday. I need help finding the music I played or a video online of it. Anyone out there have such a thing?

damn so this is what a real mess night look like! My last and so far only mess night was out in the field on a rainy night in a muddy ass field where we had to sleep on(but being part of the the working party we snuck tents up there) but damn thats good shit

@audacityknight A mess night is a FORMAL event. Dress Blues Delta is not FORMAL. Dress Blues Bravo or Service Alpha are the minimum. Having participated in a dozen or so Mess Nights from Quantico to Camp Butler, all of which prior to your enlisting, never was any thought to any other uniform.

25 years ago I was a bus boy at a resturant in Phila, Pa.. The USMC would come in and have a big dinner. A Marine would taste the beans and yell out " These Beans Are Fit To Eat". He would do that for all the food on the plate. Anybody know what that was about?????
