Who wrote this song ? I have a version of this song by Alex Harvey from his 1982 album - The Soldier On The Wall'. IT IS BRILLIANT. I URGE ALL OF YOU TO LOCATE A COPY. It's all about Rabbie Burns etc.

This song was actually the theme song for a Hamilton, Ontario broadcaster for many a year, at FM 95. Now that he's dead, and I can't remember his name, I cry when I hear it.
