Dont bother with ISO, instead think of dB...after all, you are dealing with video not film. Also, the ISO read up is not consistent at all on the F3. For exemple, if you change your frame rate, it will also change your ISO. Not to mention if you change Picture Profile settings.

So if the camera is native 800ISO, then this would be effectively 6400ISO?
