EH&S= Employee Health and Safety. This man was supposed to give an overview concerning calls I had made 2 YEARS prior, he was setting up my termination so Emily wouldn't have any lose ends after terminating me after an ALJ sited case law to her stating I should NOT BE FIRED. That trial was held without me present.
I was thinking the same think:)) I was told before the meeting, that he was one of those "Because I say so" kind of guys:)) So I knew he would come with anything but the LAW:))
Government "officials" and Court "orders" cannot compel you to do anything without compensation. Always have a fee schedule with terms to charge whatever you deem reasonable compensation (flat, by hour, minute etc.) for your services.
