Hey, I'm sort of new to SF3 I'm playing with Twelve and some of the moves you showed don't seem to work, the one where you wrap around the guy then when he hits the floor, do a super.

I'm playing on ps3/xbox 360 version of the game, have they removed these things?

As soon as Twelve lands from the throw the character is already getting up, on this vid they seem to stay on the ground to let you follow it up.

@Badbro95 I'm going to say it depends what version it is, In Japan, it's Gouki, in America is Akuma.

They do these things with all sorts of things Like the Dissidia: Final Fantasy

They switched Tina's name to Terra, and I think Butz to Bartz.

And M.Bison's name is supposed to be Vega, Vega is supposed to be Balrog, and Balrog was supposed to be M.Bison (Sounds like Mike Tyson but they changed it for obvious reasons)

Man, I was so good at countering dudes at this game. I would jump in the air and perry their attack while in the air and do a hyper Bomb with Alex. If this game comes out on XBox360 I would be the first to buy it. depends on the postition you hold the joystick,

hold back and throw you get his rolling throw, hold forward you get the judo throw, neutral position you get the knee strike

there are three throw commands in Third Strike; neutral, forward and backward. IF you press the throw buttons and leave the joystick neutral, you usually get a hold type throw. If you press forward, you will throw people forward, and if you press backward, you will throw them backward.

guess it all depends on price... anthology seems smartest as most people don't realize it's basically 3rd strike, reviews on gamespot called it a perfect port.

they're both cancels. the cl.Rh is a SJC and the low forward can be canceled pretty late.

also, that shoryu into super for ken at 2.15 is most definitely a cancel

Yun's ex shoulder into super is ALSO a cancel at 3.15

Any super that Urien does off his shoulder tackle is automatically a cancel. He can't link anything from it.

4 is great but I really wish they didnt simplify things to try and get a bigger crowd. Dramatic combo damage scaling, getting ultra by getting beatdown, slower pace, removing parries. Atleast its more balanced.

I do think 4 is superior, based mostly on the balance and (slight) lack on mashing, but I do wish parries came back. They probably got rid of them due to the fact that sometimes people would accidentally parry, because the action was too simple.

Maybe if they moved it to a button rather than a direction in 4 it would've worked, but that's just nitpicking. I love all the Street Fighters, and play them constantly.
