Gentilezza e cortesia uniti ad un ambiente famigliare e ad un ottimo servizio di sala completano il tutto e rendono la serata ECCELLENTE. Da Provare assolutamente !!! Luca e Luisa di Milano

  • Seeing italian chefs cook makes me happy and sad. Happy in the sense that it's wonderfull that there are still people somewhere far away from my home that still cook these delicious meals like they have always been done, but sad in the sense that i know i will never in my life cook as well as their youngest chefs cook even before they reach puberty.

Drugg deaaling, heroin, manipulated, immoral and easily corrupted peopless!! The Mafia has been glorified as heros when the are plain and simple criminals and should be put under the jails!!

  • @masterchiefer123 Don't take shit from anyone. You are right, and there are people out there, like me, who knows what you do!

  • Great ^.^

  • ok, this may be a digression from the awesome food; what is the instrumental music in the background from 1:12? It's really encapsulates the "passione" and "amore" of the chef.

  • If a customer would complain to me about risotto being rice, i would stab them with something :D

  • @789123Y in the face. you would stab them in the face

  • whats polenta?

  • @Guitar4God1 Its maize, its boiled then sometimes cooled and aloud to set so it can then be grilled or deep fried, Or it can be served loose with a similar consistency to mash potato.

  • @Guitar4God1 la polenta e' farina di mais cotta con acqua e un a piccola manciata di sale..cucinata diventa come una crema un po' solida e quando si raffredda si taglia a pezzetti e si arrostisce sulla padella ...buonissima ..

  • OMFG THAT LOOKS SO GOOD WTF.

  • i just love this guy

  • Mmmm, fresh seafood is the best. Shellfish, fish, anything even without a pulse under the sea can be extremely delicious if prepared the right way. And of course the Italians know how to do it great. Especially risotto....mmmmm.....

  • I haven't eaten anything since yesterday, this is torturous beyond belief.

  • @angelmarine1292 wow that was random :P

  • Who is that lady and what's her name?

  • @majason8875

try to find out, don´t know also...

  • i love this restaurant , its so classy and timeless in the dining room and history. so i dont get it why they have tacky shit in the kitchen

  • i love how tony soaks up al lthe nuances of how italians not only cook passionately, but use it as a inspriration catalyst for life through great food, slow down & savor life for all it's worth. had hoped someone would post the part of this show where he enjoys a home cooked pasta dinner in back yard with a family.

    .

Thanks for the laughs & taking me around the world!

    Muah!

  • Brilliant! I hated when FoodNetwork removed A Cook's Tour....didn't know what was up, but that was The bestest Reality Show. Anthony B is so real and loves food to be so handsomely thin..

  • Dude, two thumbs up! thanks for uploading this video it was great.

  • can someone add the wghole episode

  • Bravo to that. I have a cookbook that is exclusive risotto.

  • I once had risotto with a touch of truffle cooked in a kettle over a open fire and coals in Switzerland, north of Lugano. I almost fainted into the plate it was so good. Of course, the open liters of wine served with lunch had nothing to do with it. Life is good with the simple things.

  • I absolutely love Travel TV. This was really very interesting and I love risotto! I've never thought of seafood risotto but it sounds really great.

  • Italians think they are so cool...

  • They are... LOL

  • no, its just that dude. we can be humble :)

  • Right on. Italy rules. Funny.. I am watching Tony on TV now. What are the odds? LOL

  • Cuz they are. lol

    They have alot of culture.

  • wtf? a lot of culture? every country has "a lot of culture". Wow...

  • Than every country is cool. ;P

  • mcdonalds is hardly culture

  • actually I never heard of that risotto and I live less than 2 hours away from Burano. When I was a kid we'd go with the school to Grado and we'd have grilled fish with the local fisherman legend Geremia. I wonder if he's still there :)

  • risotto de go, it exists =] I'll have to try it !

  • No Reservations - the best show on TV. Period.
