i beat this song on expert and i was suprised i beat every song in the game, painkiller ill say is the toughest one for me because i need alot of energy, panic attack is easy, visions is in the middle.

i agree completely my friend tries to tell me panic attack is the hardest but i five star it easy (almost gold) and visions is suprisingly easier than it looks painkiller takes the most energy
