Good tutorial but putting the compressor at the end of the chain is pretty silly it'll just counter the EQ you want compression straight after the synthesiser. Eq at the end.
Useful Note: Set Combinator Button 2 to the on/off of malstroms Mod A, I like to keep pitch mods turned off most of the time then flip them on for drops. Makes the synth more versatile.
Wooo!!! Finally a look inside your mind and how you make sounds haha. Cool to see that you finally made tut. man. I think I may have to jump on the bandwagon with you and Loki now. Might make a tut. showing how to make a sweet loop for drums. =D
@Pirate454 Thanks man, its so hard to find a good reese bass tutorial for reason since we are sorta the underdogs of the music programs. Reason is the best even though others can't see it! We r the smarts ones lol!
@killatilla112 Send me a PM with your email. I made a similar bass using massive, but believe me,a lot of resampling is involved...Why not follow the tutorial and just rewire Reason to your sequencer ?

how do you get it to do that carrying or pitch bend effect at :11 seconds? is it automation lines that are making it do that?
RoiceTCO 8 months ago
@RoiceTCO Nope, it's a thing called "Portamento" gives the synth a slideing effect when changing keys.
