Hello James, Good work - I like the resistance combo too. Are you familiar with the work my father did to get Al Carter, Anthony Robbins, Wayne Dyer, David Wolfe, and many others started on their paths? Which ones have you studied with?
I enjoy y our explanations about the benefits of the rebounder. I see you have some extra equipment attached to the wall to expand your repertory of movements.
I do my rebound exercises on a little balcony where I incorporate yoga stretches in my rebound work out. I found it helps to have something to hold on to to increase the stretch, while at the same time observing proper alignment as I have learned as a yoga instructor. I like the combination of gentle bouncing and stretching.
I think this is true and agree, I have lymphedema but get caught up in non-movement because of pain, then weight gain. this I think would be the right type of excercise
