The outcomes where the same but they are still different. chuck is 1-D with mediocre striking. He is useless when people don't chase him. Crocop was/is an elite K-1 level striker. He didn't bother training for a cage, lost him motivation, and the most important factor, he stopped pulling out combination's, basically, he forgot how to throw his hands.
Which is why both Gonzaga and Kongo were able to beat him. They were waiting for the LHK. If he was still great with this hands (which he is building back thanks to his old K-1 coach), they would have been forced to strike with him, ending in defeat for both of his opponents.

Chuck's only weakness is a striker who cuts him off rather than chases him head on. Chuck's style is stay outside and move left or right and keep the pressure on them so that when they rush in they catch hard hits on the way in.
Jackson being a good striker cut Liddel off, hence his success against him. Styles all have strengths and weaknesses, just like anything else.
Haven't seen Rashad fight too much, but if he tries ground and pound, it ain't gunna happen

Nope. I knew Jardine was going to win because he doesn't chase his opponents. He chops them down with leg kicks and strikes. liddell can't win against people who don't chase him. The only way Jardine would have lost is if he would have gassed and chuck would have capitalized like he has in the past.

If you watch that fight again, Wanderlei didn't chase chuck at all, but he didn't know how to handle him when he fell to the mat, it looked as though he wanted to go for head stomps and soccer kicks but had to restrain himself every time. Had Pride rules been in effect chuck would have gone to sleep.
chuck beating Wanderlei by UD was total bullshit. Had he won by split decision the "victory" would have been more realistic, but there's no way in hell he won that fight by UD, especially after getting rocked. Not only that, he did cowardly take-downs and ran the clock. Dana White didn't even give Wanderlei a chance to get used to the octagon. Total bullshit. But that's neither here nor there. In a rematch, Wanderlei will eat him alive now that he's getting used to the cage.

after rashad prept for the first fight and chuck got injured then he got to prep for the same fight again he had to have his game plan jsut perfect.. which he did.. and executed beautifully .. chuck is my fave.. and even for me its time to move on lol.. it was devestating watching him get murdered in the ring.. but rashad showed hes alot more versitile which is what flies in theufc today.. great ko and about him rubbing his nipples.. Chuck's only weakness is a striker who cuts him off rather than chases him head on. Chuck's style is stay outside and move left or right and keep the pressure on them so that when they rush in they catch hard hits on the way in.
Jackson being a good striker cut Liddel off, hence his success against him. Styles all have strengths and weaknesses, just like anything else.
Haven't seen Rashad fight too much, but if he tries ground and pound, it ain't gunna happen

Nope. I knew Jardine was going to win because he doesn't chase his opponents. He chops them down with leg kicks and strikes. liddell can't win against people who don't chase him. If you watch that fight again, Wanderlei didn't chase chuck at all, but he didn't know how to handle him when he fell to the mat, it looked as though he wanted to go for head stomps and soccer kicks but had to restrain himself every time. Had Pride rules been in effect chuck would have gone to sleep.

Had he won by split decision the "victory" would have been more realistic, but there's no way in hell he won that fight by UD, especially after getting rocked. Not only that, he did cowardly take-downs and ran the clock. Dana White didn't even give Wanderlei a chance to get used to the octagon. Total bullshit. But that's neither here nor there. In a rematch, Wanderlei will eat him alive now that he's getting used to the cage.
