  • bob fell and i heard "FINISH HIM"

  • Psycho is just hating hardcore, the guy working the vid here does an awesome job of keeping his elbows tight while throwing close-range to head and body.

  • whoa, is that easy-e?

  • @thepacmanhimself haha i suppose :DD

  • This vid makes my balls itch!!!

  • :( How does this video have more views than mine :(

  • i guess your planning on fighting someone who has a spontanious growth dissorder that makes him grow and shrink every 2 minutes.

  • lol... I'm not planning to fight anyone, just keeping my natural defenses in shape. But, it's good practice to have targets of varying heights!

  • haha. btw when you throw bodyshots try to keep your elbows in a little. it generates more power.

  • LOL

  • good speed, footwork, style, and tecnique. keep training!

  • great video......love the music and cinematography!

  • Sweet! I ordered a Poor Bob today :) Going to be fun to give him a beating ^-^ Nice video I must say, cool punches :) And drhaley1 could just grow up before posting comments.

  • Poor Bob.

He does seem to be better than a bag though.

Some of those shots where his head snapped back were pretty sweet.

  • I agree. Bob does offer higher precision target practice. I use Bob and the bag. I tell you, landing a punch that snaps his head back feels about as sweet as hitting the perfect golf shot with a driver off the tee.

  • nope, thats how u should throw your hands, this is something u have to be raised with, if u try to learn boxing after any other art, you will be slower at throwing your hands, like u see everyone in mixed martial arts today, very slow

  • Excellent insight. I enjoy seeing fighters with fast hands. Power is a function of speed.

  • very strong stereotype....not everyone in a mixed martial art is slow....you you do the speed drills...you wont be slow...

i promise, im not slow, i have a speed drill vid on here, check it out

  • its not a stereotype its what i see i been watching mma since ufc 1 and the guys fought at much faster pace then they do now.but i dont see any mma fighter with the speed of a boxer thats did it his whole life.

  • dummies don't hit back.

  • Yes, you are right about that! Yet, dummies offer great practice for those times when a dummy does hit back.

  • that could be because they arent people, dummies are used for certain training principles...your not fighting a dummy your enhancing your training, and i love it when people try to hit me....its fun....i wont lie if i get it it will most likely hurt....but if im still conscious i'll take it personal

  • u suck

  • Thanks for your criticism. If you freeze the various frames, you will see that my punches contain good "knock out" power.
