Pretty good. Just some notes, though. You should start with the final result first, then show the break down. The sky replacement was unrealistic to some level due to the sky footage being on an angle of 90 degrees, and the clouds meet the horizon in a really odd way. The glow needed a bit of realism there, it looked "Toonish" Maybe a lens flares would have given the spaceship more "alien characteristics" and realism. Finally, you didn't need to double CC.

@7makm7 I can't make any profissional short films yet, I need film accessories but im on low in budget (mic, lights...etc)
