1500 is a bit much =\ over here the AE86s are very expensive though. the cefiros is sold as a maxima here, they arent too common but just a average car... a 1995 model will cost about 1500GBP. the cheapest place for japanese car in new zealand, they have no real tariffs or restrictions so they import used japanese cars by the boatload. in australia they are still pretty expensive. i dont think they have banned irish people yet :P the largest amount of immigrants are still from the UK

a31 cefiros though, 1990ish, see looooooooads of vids from Aus and New Zealand with cefiros. i used to have an ae86, i got a good deal on mine and it was 6500, was a fresh jap import. same as my cefiro, were also swamped in jap imports, so much so that people arnet able to sell the imports that are coming in.

i had planned to go to Oz after college, but a load of people i know have had to come home as no jobs :(

haha mad bro, im actually a kiwi, prolly going back for a visit at the end of the year. but yeh stocko ones you can get for $~300, they'll drive but condition wont be great(small small patches and little dents). a stocko one in good condition will be 2grand. maybe things have changed in NZ but we always got our cars really cheap
