You should have a minimum of 3 square foot per chicken of coop space and 10 square feet per chicken for the run. At 24 feet for a run you should have 2 chickens in there.
I see that a few people have commented on the small run area. I did my research and according to the regulations in my area, you only have to have just over 1 sq. ft per chicken which is SO sad!!! So I built a 24 sq. ft. run for my little flock of 7. Yes it's not big enough to go for a big run, but because I moved it around twice a day, the chickens had fresh bugs and greens to eat ALL the time. We would get 5 or 6 eggs a day. There was also a roosting bar above the TWO nesting boxes.

Good idea, seems too short and small run ESP. I saw 2 nesting boxes tho.
