I wish that the American Voice Actors had the passion and intensity of the Japanese Voice Actors. However I wish this series would be so popular and well received that they'd bring the original VAs back in to revoice this. Even though the Japanese VAs have passion during the fight scenes, they all sound the same (voice tone and inflection) in the regular scenes. There's no Character in the voices between the different bots. ShoutFactory released all the Headmaster Japanese episodes (Season 4)
Well, Optimus didn't bring the kid (Tommy) to that wasteland. When Optimus arrived in the wasteland at the beginning of the episode, Tommy was already there waiting for him. It's their regular meeting place. So he obviously has some way of getting from Autobot City (which is where he lives) to the wasteland and back again. I agree that the music video is cool, though.
Ah, the first live action Optimus Prime marked the end of G1. I wish someone would upload the opening theme to "season 5". It was pretty cool, even though it was mostly make from clips of the movie. It's the forgotten G1 opening title sequence.

so this is the forgotten season 5 witch i never saw...it seems to be the same idea as G2 (G1 episodes with cgi added) i'll say one thing about Hasbro YOU ARE CHEAP! if they wanted a season 5 they should have paid for 15 new episodes! one reason why G1 ended was because of budget...Hasbro would not pay for a new episode untill Beatwars 8 years later! then there is the RID and U trilogy years nice and cheap...cheap cheap cheap

I've got a handful of episodes of "season 5" (just episodes from the previous 4 seasons introduced and narrated by Powermaster Prime and Tommy Kennedy, for those of you scratching your heads). The opening main titles that year were great, mostly scenes from the movie.
If I ever figure out how to upload some of those onto youtube I'll get 'em up.
