And we don't want to know real tyranny. We have to act before real tyranny is instituted. Anytime one person's rights are infringed, it infringes on us all.

When the government tortures people and says that it can grab people without trial or process, then I would say this is tyranny. The fact that they are only doing it to a few people now, does not make me feel any easier about the future. Evil is evil. Lawlessness, though practiced by the government is still lawlessness.
