  • I had a duck when I was a kid. It was awesome.

  • Hey, I am very sorry about your ducks. I have been throughh the same thing, my poor Krackers was attacked my two rots. They came back we found thw owners and the would do anything, very heartbreaking. Im thirteen, we recently got a new duck. She is supposed to be a girl khacky Campbell one month old. I believe it is a girl because of her loud distinquive quack. SHE BITES. Not hard most of the time but shes a bitter. She eats my hair, grabes my skin, and tries swallowing my fingers. Please Help

  • OMG - that was absolutely adorable. Great script. Wonderful advice, but they are tons of work! I just got my 1st duck. I also bought 3 chickens at the same time, but the duckling is much more bonded and entertaining. And she isn't going to be dinner! Duck eggs, I've heard are wonderful for baking.

  • @zubery Thanks for the nice words. Duck eggs are also wonderful for just eating. Bigger and firmer than chicken eggs. The only problem is if they eat lots of fish and snails...then they taste fishy.

  • @rwhtv Thanks for letting me know. She's eating a lot of slugs lately. But eggs are a ways off I think. (she's only about 2 months now). I plan to give the duck eggs to my dog for some extra protein most likely.

  • You've got some pretty awesome ducks. I'm planning one getting a Peking sometime soon as a pet.

  • Cool video, it was fun watching your cute ducks, plus I learned stuff!

  • ha walt love the movies! - Jane (your sister)

  • Actually the only correction I can note is that the ducks typically eat weeds when they dab under the water for food.

I've had hundreds of domestic ducks, beautiful buff, pekin, and cayuga ducks!

  • awesome! i have 4, 4 week old ducks

  • Well done!

  • impressive presentation.

  • They are my 10 year old son's pets.
