kenreef who doesnt know that that's besides the point, it has nothing to do with their time if u knew anything about the sprints higher altitude means faster time cus of oxygen resistance u r an idiot!!! u keep barking like a dog and make urself look more stupid hahahaha
go on bark that less oxygen mean theyre slower u r stupid!!
Sprinters run faster at altitude because the air is thinner and therefore less resistance. The world record by Pietro Minnea was 19.72A and even Marion Jones ran her fastest races at altitude 10.65A and 21.62A. Oba Thompson's 9.69 was not only wind aided, he did it at altitude. Pietro's best time without altitude is 19.96
uh now say.. " oh well i thought cus higher altitude means less oxygen so less oxygen is less performance uhh uhh i sorrry" wow dude u only know that much and nothing else and u think u can speak ur dumb mind SHUT YOUR MOUTH and learn how to learn from people who know what theyre talking about
i didnt mark it actually, it goes down in the record books and is marked with A, do u know what it stands for?? ill give u a hint... ALTITUDE!!!! do u know why most of those who have an A next to their time coincidentally turns out to be their best time instead of the worse? UH UH IDIOT! keep barking dude
it's ok kenreef we all make mistakes no1 is perfect even i make 10000 mistakes and i know when im wrong ill admit it, that's normal! even if ur wrong dont feel bad dude no need to fight ill stop fighting u 2
I don't feel bad... I am not wrong... I maintain what I said Confidently... by the way I assumed the A meant altitude you really did not have to take four paragraphs to tell it to me. I didn't answer you because you were asking a rhetorical question... anyway 9.30 Beijing elevation.. 43m.. Is my was point so...
My original comment stands that I thought he could run a better time at a lower altitude.. and you jumped on me and we have been at it until he actually ran it just like i said he would... Athens elevation 350m... 9.67..
um dude those ARE part of what determines their speed, it's tail wind, head wind and altitude of course along with training, your original premise was altitude actually slows down people because they lack oxygen WHICH IS WRONG, it is true that altitude has less oxygen but most atheletes know that and some even train there to increase their oxygen intake and increase their heartrate and they ADAPT to it KEYWORD, ADAPT!! and they can run the same as physiologically wise IF they can adapt well
given if the altitude of the area they are gonna participate in is 1000 above sea level most athletes go there and adapt, if they don't and they participate in that event they are more likely to have less endurance than their opponent if we are to assume the opponent was there for a couple of weeks, do u know why ASSIM RAHMAN ktfo out of lennox lewis, cus he didnt acclimate himself long enough after he had to box for 12 rounds, THIS IS MOSTLY TRUE FOR ENDURANCE TYPE OF GAMES
altitude has nothing to do with them running slower, they run faster because there's less wind resistance and along with head wind which is also the obvious WIND RESTISTANCE!!! and tail wind which is wind pushing you, this are what determines a runner's time, you are wrong dude even wrong to say head wind is the only "real persuasive" factor to what affects a runner's performance, just go read up some more ur confident in being misinformed
Once again I said he would run better at lower altitude and was right, 3 WR in one Olympics simple as that. Oh and eluding to what you said before if you don't think running evolves endurance even in the short races... your a moron.
Once again I said he would run better at lower altitude and was right, 3 WR in one Olympics simple as that. Oh and eluding to what you said before if you don't think running evolves endurance even in the short races... your a moron.
OMG kenreef get the cock out of your mouth it's making you think dumb shits... AIR RESITANCE IS LESS AT HIGHER ALTITUDE!!! U FUCKING DUMB FUCKING SHIT!! U R FUCKING STUPID!!!! U R PROBABLY NOT EVEN EDUCATED LOL!!
Wow you sound very upset, being wrong is not that bad... You are a soar loser. You babbling on running around like a little monkey in a cage... The mere fact that all you had in response were useless insults renders you defeated like a defenseless illiterate school bully.. So amusing to see you go down so disgracefully..
These are all points that I had made... But you are not acknowledging that the adaption is progressive and not necessarily ever complete.. You also fail to realized that the adverse effect of lack of oxygen grows as you get higher in your example you used 1000 feet... Athens is around 3000 feet about sea level.. Even if one adapts you will never run as well as you would in your natural altitude or where the oxygen is more dense.
kenreef first of all im telling u ur fucking stupid cus as far as im concern ive covered everything and u plainly just drizzle like a stupid person it boggles my mind how ur so fucking stupid to grasp little shit and now ur focusing on me yes do u seee how someone reacts when someone is stupid like u?? i dont even
yes frustration in your stupidity and the amount of time u wasted all my words thinking ur a person who can understand something since u can type and all and engage urself but ur not
First moron... When I was referring to the only persuasive factor I was talking about wind in general, not just head wind, come on use you brain... Secondly why would you paraphrase an article that I sent you, to tell me information that I already knew.. how does that make sense? If they have to ADAPT that means the is adversity in the fact that they are running at altitude a point you were reluctant to acknowledge before... why because you are wrong.
youre stupid LOL youre referring to wind in general and that is??? rofl you have no idea what youre on about now and now youre rambling and now im wrong with your rambling HEY SHOO U R SOUNDING LIKE A CRAZY PERSON none of what youre saying even make sense at all and can't even be backed up you're talking out of your ass and it has no science to it whatsoever LOL
Is this a rebuttal? No science? Wind in general? Yes wind in general. Wind generally has a different effect on the runner depending on which direction it is coming from and from which direction he or she is running. Perfect logic.
wat is this where is ur science is this how u rebutt saying wat i said about wind.. OK YEAH WIND effects runner whoo how?? did u covered that? NO YOU DIDNT!! how does this tie in to wat u said earlier? YOU STILL HAVENT SAID SHIT ABOUT IT U HAVE NO CLUE, i covered those head, tail and air resistance now ur trying to say what?? R U STUPID!??
kenreef wind in general?? LOL!! and i didnt say headwind.. IF U HAD A BRAIN U WOULD UNDERSTAND what i imply, which is headwind, tail wind and standing air molecules in the air aka air resistance youre too slow to graps anything im saying.. now ur saying wind in general LOL!! WIND IN GENERAL? what is that? go and google that it will help u lol cus i know if this was real life u would have no idea what u will tell me and u'd be hushing up already
secondly u didnt send me an article LOL! even an idiot can tell that u cant post anything on here especially the website names and yes im telling u about what u know so u can connect it.. CONNECT IT IN YOUR FUCKING HEAD HOW lack of oxygen in the air does not slow u down it only affects u in endurance GAMES but as far as 100 meters and such, it is not a crucial factor.. KEN REEF!! RAMBLING MAN!!
i didnt need to address the fact that sprinters need to adapt because it's not even needed because sprinters do that and when they do they can run just the same at lower altitude as they do high altitude with the same turnover rate but would even gone FASTER BECAUSE OF LESS AIR RESISTANCE! U R FUCKING STUPID IVE MADE THIS POINT 5 times now which is the most fucking important point here considering the fact that you said athletes cant jump farther and run faster when in fact they do
when in fact they do at higher altitude because of less air resitance
and look at how fucking stupid u r did u just tell me because there's 3 world records at lower altitude that must mean u can always run faster at lower altitude than higher.. r u 3 man? u have the intellect of a child seriously.. and im talking to u like a kid.. LEMME TELL U AGAIN!!.. high altitude.. lower air resistance which means faster times.. GO FUCKING LOOK IT UP U R FUCKING STUPID!!
now look for some petty shit to argue about kenreef and then try and make urself look right and forget the fact what we were trying to figure out here which is athletes can jump farther and faster cus of less air resistance and if they do the same amoount of work.> GO AHEAD U DUMB SHIT!! how long u gonna keep on at it till u feel u r smart in some petty ways? anything to make u feel good inside right u dumbass
this argument is done i proved u wrong like 6 times, u have the inability to think and understand anything ive told u time and time again all u know about is some less oxygen shit and that's what u use to base ur logic on which is all wrong and doesn't even match up with reality and what the sprinting world recognize, every professional sprinter knows what im on about i doubt u even run professionally so ur an idiot and thats all u will ever be
Reality is as I predicted he ran a better time. Cold hard fact... You proved yourself wrong 6 times and lost control of you self while you were at it.. You should take it easy losing is not that bad. you should try doing it gracefully next time. Have a nice life watch your blood pressure.
Actually it doesn't make me feel good I just, have not problem debating. I have already come to the conclusion that you know I am right, but you are still a little pissed of, which is understandable. If I was wrong, this would have been a discussion not an argument. Being wrong and losing does not bother me, you have to loose to win.
dont KID YOURSELF ON BEING RIGHT AND ME being frustred cus im wrong, it is not that im wrong, it is cus u keep drizzling and u have the inability to think properly and u talk about so much nonensense it just baffles me, do i have to correct u on those every little thing u say is wrong EVERYTHING!! u have no clue wat ur saying dude trust me, if i have to correct u properly id take like 10 pages just to cite everything and where u fuck up im not kidding and that irates when its covered already!!
Yeah, this is getting to you. We can call this discussion a day if it's going to make you crazy being wrong is not that bad.. Acting like a child just seals my victory. Every time you curse and emote irrelevances it gets more amusing.
UM yes I said their were 3 WR broken.. BECAUSE HE BROKE THREE WORLD RECORDS. How is does that make me a child? i mean that is a fact. He Broke the 100m, 200m and participated in the breaking of the 4 x 100m WR. Are you just upset? is that why you are rambling again. This response really confused me. Drink some water man, sound like your blood pressure is getting kind of high.
kenreef ur small mind is unable to grasp this very small equation regarding to world records at high altitude and low that if usain would run at higher altitude he would even run faster given if he run the same nothing change besides the air resistance WHY CANT U GET IT FOOL!??
kenreef why cant u get that altitude is everything and they mark records as A) huh just try answering that next time ok?? it would be the first time u will ever make sense at all!!
I get what you are saying... you are wrong that is why he ran faster at a lower altitude LIKE I SAIS HE WOULD... Ha I'm the fool yet my prediction came true... Lack of logic.
You made five wrong points... You are assuming that they can adjust 100% to run just as well as that do at lower altitude but you assumption is wrong... And the oxygen still affects sprinters in the 100m.. More over this is a 200m race which definitely take some endurance, so it's even more of a factor.. And if you want to talk about proving point MR. OR MRS. I'm pissed off at the world for being wrong, HE STILL RAN A FASTER TIME LIKE I SAID HE WOULD.
sshut the fuck up about the running lower altitude it doesnt have anything to do with the first premise lets go over one point one by one then we'll get there ok?? this is another discussion and another pahes blah blah u really know how to be reallly stupid
Once again translation is Right MAN!!!... Ok this is very simple.... I was wrong... How easy is that... I did not know that you could not cite an address call me an idiot if you want that's fine the fastest way to the truth is knowing when you are wrong. I must now assume that you did Google my statements because your argument clearly changed what i said.
"All Athletes have to go to venues at high altitudes at least two weeks in advance"...
wrong!!! NOT all athletes, only the medium long/long races, and they don't go previous for habituation. Do you know what is Hemoglobin, is a chemicall responsable for the transportation of the oxygen in the blood and when you go for hight altitude your body produces more, then when your return to competition you will be better because you have more hemoglobin on the blood.
man, at a 100, 200, jumps.. your body does not spend the oxygen store in blood, muscles, etc... so it does get needy before your race is over, that's why hight altitude is better for these kind of races.
It all depends on what type of runner you are. If you have a decent stride, then the beginning is not the biggest matter, however it is important that you start right and bend the turn.
well for me i'm really clumsy so every second counts but for you it may be differrent because i don't know your age!!! but i totaly get what your saying!! answer back!!
for your information kublakhan1816 in the 200 you can start out slow if u want because if your a good sprinter it really doesn't matter because i'm 12 and my time is a 26.25 in the 200 ,( ijust made it to the junior olympics!!
Hehe, I also LOL'd when he said that.
He first needs to go under 19.5, before he can ever start thinking of touching 19.32. And there still would be a long way from 19.5 to 19.32.
Perhaps someday... but no sooner than in 4 or 5 years time.
But I believe he has the potential to do it.

it's ok kenreef we all make mistakes no1 is perfect even i make 10000 mistakes and i know when im wrong ill admit it, that's normal! even if ur wrong dont feel bad dude no need to fight ill stop fighting u 2
lsd1234567lsd 3 years ago
I don't feel bad... I am not wrong... I maintain what I said Confidently... by the way I assumed the A meant altitude you really did not have to take four paragraphs to tell it to me. I didn't answer you because you were asking a rhetorical question... anyway 9.30 Beijing elevation.. 43m.. Is my was point so...
Kenreef 3 years ago
My original comment stands that I thought he could run a better time at a lower altitude.. and you jumped on me and we have been at it until he actually ran it just like i said he would... Athens elevation 350m... 9.67..
Kenreef 3 years ago
More over he ran it with a -0.9 head wind, which is the REAL persuasive variable in athletic sprinting.
Kenreef 3 years ago
um dude those ARE part of what determines their speed, it's tail wind, head wind and altitude of course along with training, your original premise was altitude actually slows down people because they lack oxygen WHICH IS WRONG, it is true that altitude has less oxygen but most atheletes know that and some even train there to increase their oxygen intake and increase their heartrate and they ADAPT to it KEYWORD, ADAPT!! and they can run the same as physiologically wise IF they can adapt well
lsd1234567lsd 3 years ago
given if the altitude of the area they are gonna participate in is 1000 above sea level most athletes go there and adapt, if they don't and they participate in that event they are more likely to have less endurance than their opponent if we are to assume the opponent was there for a couple of weeks, do u know why ASSIM RAHMAN ktfo out of lennox lewis, cus he didnt acclimate himself long enough after he had to box for 12 rounds, THIS IS MOSTLY TRUE FOR ENDURANCE TYPE OF GAMES
lsd1234567lsd 3 years ago
altitude has nothing to do with them running slower, they run faster because there's less wind resistance and along with head wind which is also the obvious WIND RESTISTANCE!!! and tail wind which is wind pushing you, this are what determines a runner's time, you are wrong dude even wrong to say head wind is the only "real persuasive" factor to what affects a runner's performance, just go read up some more ur confident in being misinformed
lsd1234567lsd 3 years ago
Once again I said he would run better at lower altitude and was right, 3 WR in one Olympics simple as that. Oh and eluding to what you said before if you don't think running evolves endurance even in the short races... your a moron.

OMG kenreef get the cock out of your mouth it's making you think dumb shits... AIR RESITANCE IS LESS AT HIGHER ALTITUDE!!! U FUCKING DUMB FUCKING SHIT!! U R FUCKING STUPID!!!! U R PROBABLY NOT EVEN EDUCATED LOL!!
lsd1234567lsd 3 years ago
Wow you sound very upset, being wrong is not that bad... You are a soar loser. You babbling on running around like a little monkey in a cage... The mere fact that all you had in response were useless insults renders you defeated like a defenseless illiterate school bully.. So amusing to see you go down so disgracefully..
Kenreef 3 years ago
These are all points that I had made... But you are not acknowledging that the adaption is progressive and not necessarily ever complete.. You also fail to realized that the adverse effect of lack of oxygen grows as you get higher in your example you used 1000 feet... Athens is around 3000 feet about sea level.. Even if one adapts you will never run as well as you would in your natural altitude or where the oxygen is more dense.

I have decoded you frustration my friend Ramble in you scramble little brain means right.. RIGHT!!!! KENREEF RIGHT
Kenreef 3 years ago
kenreef first of all im telling u ur fucking stupid cus as far as im concern ive covered everything and u plainly just drizzle like a stupid person it boggles my mind how ur so fucking stupid to grasp little shit and now ur focusing on me yes do u seee how someone reacts when someone is stupid like u?? i dont even
lsd1234567lsd 3 years ago
yes frustration in your stupidity and the amount of time u wasted all my words thinking ur a person who can understand something since u can type and all and engage urself but ur not
lsd1234567lsd 3 years ago
kenreeef get the fuck off youtube ur making an idiot out of yourself!!
lsd1234567lsd 3 years ago
First moron... When I was referring to the only persuasive factor I was talking about wind in general, not just head wind, come on use you brain... Secondly why would you paraphrase an article that I sent you, to tell me information that I already knew.. how does that make sense? If they have to ADAPT that means the is adversity in the fact that they are running at altitude a point you were reluctant to acknowledge before... why because you are wrong.
Kenreef 3 years ago
youre stupid LOL youre referring to wind in general and that is??? rofl you have no idea what youre on about now and now youre rambling and now im wrong with your rambling HEY SHOO U R SOUNDING LIKE A CRAZY PERSON none of what youre saying even make sense at all and can't even be backed up you're talking out of your ass and it has no science to it whatsoever LOL
lsd1234567lsd 3 years ago
Is this a rebuttal? No science? Wind in general? Yes wind in general. Wind generally has a different effect on the runner depending on which direction it is coming from and from which direction he or she is running. Perfect logic.
Kenreef 3 years ago
wat is this where is ur science is this how u rebutt saying wat i said about wind.. R U STUPID!??
lsd1234567lsd 3 years ago
kenreef wind in general?? LOL!! and i didnt say headwind.. IF U HAD A BRAIN U WOULD UNDERSTAND what i imply, which is headwind, tail wind and standing air molecules in the air aka air resistance youre too slow to graps anything im saying.. now ur saying wind in general LOL!! WIND IN GENERAL? what is that? go and google that it will help u lol cus i know if this was real life u would have no idea what u will tell me and u'd be hushing up already
lsd1234567lsd 3 years ago
First.. You did say head wind. Secondly Wind is a factor. Lastly I do understand what you are saying... you are just wrong.
Kenreef 3 years ago
secondly u didnt send me an article LOL! even an idiot can tell that u cant post anything on here especially the website names and yes im telling u about what u know so u can connect it.. CONNECT IT IN YOUR FUCKING HEAD HOW lack of oxygen in the air does not slow u down it only affects u in endurance GAMES but as far as 100 meters and such, it is not a crucial factor.. KEN REEF!! RAMBLING MAN!!
lsd1234567lsd 3 years ago
i didnt need to address the fact that sprinters need to adapt because it's not even needed because sprinters do that and when they do they can run just the same at lower altitude as they do high altitude with the same turnover rate but would even gone FASTER BECAUSE OF LESS AIR RESISTANCE! U R FUCKING STUPID IVE MADE THIS POINT 5 times now which is the most fucking important point here considering the fact that you said athletes cant jump farther and run faster when in fact they do
lsd1234567lsd 3 years ago
when in fact they do at higher altitude because of less air resitance
and look at how fucking stupid u r did u just tell me because there's 3 world records at lower altitude that must mean u can always run faster at lower altitude than higher.. r u 3 man? u have the intellect of a child seriously.. and im talking to u like a kid.. LEMME TELL U AGAIN!!.. high altitude.. lower air resistance which means faster times.. GO FUCKING LOOK IT UP U R FUCKING STUPID!!
lsd1234567lsd 3 years ago
why do u keep replyign to me when ur fucking stupid huh?? FOR WHAT!??? to get even stupid u stupid shiit hahahaha
lsd1234567lsd 3 years ago
now look for some petty shit to argue about kenreef and then try and make urself look right and forget the fact what we were trying to figure out here which is athletes can jump farther and faster cus of less air resistance and if they do the same amoount of work.> GO AHEAD U DUMB SHIT!! how long u gonna keep on at it till u feel u r smart in some petty ways? anything to make u feel good inside right u dumbass
lsd1234567lsd 3 years ago
this argument is done i proved u wrong like 6 times, u have the inability to think and understand anything ive told u time and time again all u know about is some less oxygen shit and that's what u use to base ur logic on which is all wrong and doesn't even match up with reality and what the sprinting world recognize, every professional sprinter knows what im on about i doubt u even run professionally so ur an idiot and thats all u will ever be
lsd1234567lsd 3 years ago
Reality is as I predicted he ran a better time. Cold hard fact... You proved yourself wrong 6 times and lost control of you self while you were at it.. You should take it easy losing is not that bad. you should try doing it gracefully next time. Have a nice life watch your blood pressure.
Kenreef 3 years ago
Actually it doesn't make me feel good I just, have not problem debating. I have already come to the conclusion that you know I am right, but you are still a little pissed of, which is understandable. If I was wrong, this would have been a discussion not an argument. Being wrong and losing does not bother me, you have to loose to win.
Kenreef 3 years ago
dont KID YOURSELF ON BEING RIGHT AND ME being frustred cus im wrong, it is not that im wrong, it is cus u keep drizzling and u have the inability to think properly and u talk about so much nonensense it just baffles me, do i have to correct u on those every little thing u say is wrong EVERYTHING!! u have no clue wat ur saying dude trust me, if i have to correct u properly id take like 10 pages just to cite everything and where u fuck up im not kidding and that irates when its covered already!!
lsd1234567lsd 3 years ago
Yeah, this is getting to you. We can call this discussion a day if it's going to make you crazy being wrong is not that bad.. Acting like a child just seals my victory. Every time you curse and emote irrelevances it gets more amusing.
Kenreef 3 years ago
UM yes I said their were 3 WR broken.. BECAUSE HE BROKE THREE WORLD RECORDS. How is does that make me a child? i mean that is a fact. He Broke the 100m, 200m and participated in the breaking of the 4 x 100m WR. Are you just upset? is that why you are rambling again. This response really confused me. Drink some water man, sound like your blood pressure is getting kind of high.
Kenreef 3 years ago
kenreef ur small mind is unable to grasp this very small equation regarding to world records at high altitude and low that if usain would run at higher altitude he would even run faster given if he run the same nothing change besides the air resistance WHY CANT U GET IT FOOL!??
lsd1234567lsd 3 years ago
kenreef why cant u get that altitude is everything and they mark records as A) huh just try answering that next time ok?? it would be the first time u will ever make sense at all!!
lsd1234567lsd 3 years ago
actually get the fuck off youre a stupid shit, man its funny u can believe in ur own bull and call it but in the end ur a stupid shit after all
lsd1234567lsd 3 years ago
You are right I am wrong... My prediction was right.... The fastest times in the 100m and 200m are not at altitude.
Kenreef 3 years ago
altitude does help not a lot but it helps there is more air to beathe lower altitude which means faster time cause u dont get tired as asy
sakunjawindninja 3 years ago
I get what you are saying... you are wrong that is why he ran faster at a lower altitude LIKE I SAIS HE WOULD... Ha I'm the fool yet my prediction came true... Lack of logic.
Kenreef 3 years ago
You made five wrong points... You are assuming that they can adjust 100% to run just as well as that do at lower altitude but you assumption is wrong... And the oxygen still affects sprinters in the 100m.. More over this is a 200m race which definitely take some endurance, so it's even more of a factor.. And if you want to talk about proving point MR. OR MRS. I'm pissed off at the world for being wrong, HE STILL RAN A FASTER TIME LIKE I SAID HE WOULD.
Kenreef 3 years ago
kenreef youre fucking stupid!!! !
lsd1234567lsd 3 years ago
sshut the fuck up about the running lower altitude it doesnt have anything to do with the first premise lets go over one point one by one then we'll get there ok?? this is another discussion and another pahes blah blah u really know how to be reallly stupid
lsd1234567lsd 3 years ago
Once again translation is Right MAN!!!... Ok this is very simple.... I was wrong... How easy is that... I did not know that you could not cite an address call me an idiot if you want that's fine the fastest way to the truth is knowing when you are wrong. I must now assume that you did Google my statements because your argument clearly changed what i said.
Kenreef 3 years ago
"All Athletes have to go to venues at high altitudes at least two weeks in advance"...
wrong!!! NOT all athletes, only the medium long/long races, and they don't go previous for habituation. Do you know what is Hemoglobin, is a chemicall responsable for the transportation of the oxygen in the blood and when you go for hight altitude your body produces more, then when your return to competition you will be better because you have more hemoglobin on the blood.
molinobeer 2 years ago 3
man, at a 100, 200, jumps.. your body does not spend the oxygen store in blood, muscles, etc... so it does get needy before your race is over, that's why hight altitude is better for these kind of races.
molinobeer 2 years ago
It all depends on what type of runner you are. If you have a decent stride, then the beginning is not the biggest matter, however it is important that you start right and bend the turn.

well for me i'm really clumsy so every second counts but for you it may be differrent because i don't know your age!!! but i totaly get what your saying!! answer back!!
marcennia 3 years ago
for your information kublakhan1816 in the 200 you can start out slow if u want because if your a good sprinter it really doesn't matter because i'm 12 and my time is a 26.25 in the 200 ,( ijust made it to the junior olympics!!
marcennia 3 years ago
yah same im 14 and rune a 22 second mile and 11 second 100
its all about the curve and the last srint the begining doesnt really matter

Altitude? kingston? why is it that some of these so called reporters and analysts fail to do proper research on the topics they seek to report?
ykcir16 3 years ago
what does altitude have to do with him running 19.76? Someone please explain.
superspliffstar 3 years ago
Sprinters run faster at altitude because the air is thinner and therefore less resistance. The world record by Pietro Minnea was 19.72A and even Marion Jones ran her fastest races at altitude 10.65A and 21.62A. Oba Thompson's 9.69 was not only wind aided, he did it at altitude. Pietro's best time without altitude is 19.96.
cjportmaria 3 years ago
that actually makes some sense, good thinking : )

Someone who runs the 200 meters in 19.6 seconds doesn't start out "slowly" by any sense of the word.
Does that mean he ran the first 100 meters in 10 seconds and the second in 9.6 seconds?
