A lot of folk songs between Khorasaan and Fars are common. Even the accents have common roots. It is plausible that there has been serious exchange of culture between the two regions.

First of all try to find the maker of the song, so you will find the real accent of the sound that it's not funny. If you mean the original song is iranian? you are in wrong way. You know what the Gule-Nar mean? you never know what that mean but it's an afghan-persian dialect that only we know that, no iranian. so it look that you are funny not accent of the song.

Don't know about composer. Definitely it's hard to dig the history of the song by just word.
A lot of folk songs between Khorasaan and Fars are common. Even the accents have common roots. It is plausible that there has been serious exchange of culture between the two regions.

It can't be Gole- Nahr (creek's flower). For god's sake, the song is about Anaar, Ay Anaar Anaar, Shabnam Gole Naar, Gole Naar is the definitely the flower of Anar blossom.

Afghanistan has two official languages, and this is Persian and Pashto, but the Persian spoken in Dari dialect. all know that a normal country has its own dialects, and when you go over over a country area, of course, you'll find a very different dialect, like that English in Africa, England, Australia, USA, etc. For your more information Tajikistan is also Persian with Tajiki dialect,

Actually, there are many different dialects of Persian in Afghanistan. The dialect of Herat, for example, is much different from that of Kabul and is closer to the dialect of Mashhad in Iran.
