  • Great video. People trivialise caffeine but it's a powerful drug. Quitting alcohol was way easier than tea (for me, at least). And it's made more difficult because tea has a lot of health benefits and it's easy to schmooze your way back into thinking it's good to drink it.

  • I concur. Take a look at what has caffeine in it and what companies they belong to. I guarentee it will make you think

  • What makes it worse is they have a pure crystal form of caffeine called caffeine anhydrous. Creatine is not only bad in terms of the liver and dehydration but added caffeine like this just makes it worse. Don't even get me started on those who take this on hot days...

  • Good points, Joe. Thanks for chiming in on this subject.

    I think caffeine is on a par with nicotine and cocaine for its addictivity. It's devilishly difficult to walk away from it, if you're consuming it in large amounts, as many of us are. We're a caffeinated society.
