not really, everything is heavily secured when it comes to airplanes and the strips. a large part is just offices and hotels/restaurants and that is ofcourse not fenced but heavily patrolled by security/Military police

Notice all of the tires, toward the aft. And, it really doesn't roll out much after touch down. This is one impressive airplane. Russian "over engineering", but it works quite well, doesn't it?
