It depends on what type of hair you have. If you have fine, oily prone hair then I wouldn't use hair cream.

But if you have coarser, thick, dry or just normal hair then the trick works a treat!

wow. thanks SO much for that rosebud salve trick! my strawberry one was being used so much that it was getting a little dent in the middle, and i hated it! i tried the blowdryer, and it looks BRAND new! =]

also, when i bought it, it was lopsided and it was annoying. haha. thanks, though!

instead of leaving a spoon in your car.. buy some eye lash curlers and leave them in your car? they're faster, easier, and probably cheaper than an actual spoon.
