SOG WARRANTY WORK UPDATE, SOG TWITCH 2 REPAIRED

i have 2 of these knives and they both have unbelievable blade play i cant fix it i have torx screws and i have tightened it up all the way and they both still have play i dont know how to fix it and its starting to piss me off because there good knives but there just too screw up to even carrier them..........:/

I just had this same problem happen to twitch 2 also so i contacted sog today and she said send it in, no questions asked, they will fix it! Great customer service in my opinion and that speaks volumes for a company!

I just sent my twitch II in for warranty work and am wondering how long it took for you to get your knife back.

I had the spring break on my old Twitch II. I just removed the spring and continued using it for many years without it. A simple flick of the wrist when triggering the SAT was all that was required to open it -- I almost preferred it that way because it was easier to close. I lost that one a few years ago and bought another. Wonderful knife!
