I have attended two materialization seances this past June 2010 from David Thompson (circle of the silver cord). I was picked to be the searcher and inspector of the room and the medium, chair etc. I held the plastic ties and watched them secured to the medium and the chair. I can tell you that several spirits came and I invite any open minded people to contact me.

there's an awful lot of bullshit being spoken by people here who have no idea of the number of experiments carried out by scientists where geuinine paranormal phenomena was observed timed and time again. Asmith you know fuck all, the "whole thing" was never discredited. Daniel Douglas Home was a powerful medium who demonstrated different phenomena in front of countless reputable witnesses without ever being shown to be remotely fraudulent. Unfortunately most would rather be sheep than risk thinking for themselves...proof is under rated as it too is deemed bull by many, the saddest part is people aren't willing to do their own experiments threw meditation, sleep, and other forms of altered states of consciousness (higher frequencies)...and just meander threw life eating up the crap their easily sold...like life insurance! Can't understand why the "spirit people" won't allow video's or films to be used to show the world! I suppose that there's so few mediums who can do this, maybe they're afraid of repeating want happened in the Victorian times (a very famous fake medium was caught out, and brought the whole thing crashing down and discredited the whole thing!!).

Why don't they film it? I can't understand it. There is some much anecdotal evidence for life after death (NDEs, Reincarnation, Medium Studies, etc.)that it would appear to be real, but why don't the come out and prove. What are they waiting for?
