i would find this movie hard to understand without the use of hallucinogenics somewhere along the line in life. this movie is about losing the 'ego' and observing what is 'being', without any emotional attachment.

A few moments in this film blew me away and ket me in awe for the rest of the movie. The first person DMT trip and the attempt to portray the thoughts of Oscar at the beginning were absolutely brilliant. Gaspar Noe is a breath of fresh air in the art film genre

For anyone living around the Los Angeles area, check out Nuart Theatre. Enter the Void was playing there a few months back which is where I saw it. I think anyone in the U.S. should look into smaller more "artsy" or "independent" theatres who don't usually play the big Hollywood movies... seems to be your best bet til this is released any other way that is on a bigger scale.

I just saw Enter the Void this weekend. Wasn't too into it. I just lost interest during the 3rd act. Its funny though, I really liked Irreversible, but can never watch it again, and was completely unimpressed with Enter the Void, and can never watch it again.

I'm not saying its a bad movie, it just wasnt my cup of tea. This movie just made me think that he was just trying too hard to be avent garde for avent garde sake.

If YouTube is having any issues you will have to wait 30 minutes or so and come back. Not the best solution but does seem to come to a grinding halt at times and never can predict when it will act up or not.

I am unable to watch this video. Either youtube is fucked up or the video is. It won't load right. When I pause it to let it load (because it loads to slowly) and then play it, it plays at fast-forward speed with no audio. WTF?!

thanks for the interview. some good questions regarding the technical aspects of the production as well as distribution. hope it will get a good release. i mean its such a visual film, which is all about the mesmerizing vision. deffo better to see on the big screen than on dvd.
