What about the poor residents?? THey are dressed like hospital patients! They dont have on their own clothes.Their rooms look like a hospital, and appears to be several in one room? I noticed some could get around ok in their wheel chairs, but never saw any engaging things for one of them????

Wow, these people work so hard and get nothing in return. This is still no excuse for abuse. However, if you are working in an unorganized environment and being treated unfairly you are more likely to disregard rules and policies on the job.

The proprietor of one of the homes said that she could not recruit locals so had to employ foreigners. Well, if she pay a competitive wage, I am sure locals would be happy to work for her. According to the foreign workers, they are paid about US$250 per month. No wonder nobody wants to work for her. At the end of the day, you pay for what you get. You pay people shit wages, you get shit services. The owner of the home is just exploiting employees be it locals or foreigners. She is cheapskate!
