awesome^^, im modelling an car in maya now for a race im making in 3ds max. can you tell me how i make smoke, and how the car gets smashed? a friend of mine adding the colors and rest of the effects in after effects so il think its gonna be pretty good ^^
The smoke and color correction are made in Combustion and the car crash is a vertex animation .I deformed the mesh moving the vertex. For the effects I'll use Combustion or Digital fusion better than After Effects.
Why there is always red and yellow car ???? BTW Awesome vid !!!

I kinda dissliked the camera movement and the over excadurated car swinging but the slow mo and the crash was freeaaaaaaking cool, great work
