not trying to be mean here but.....overpowered weapon+overpowered armor+flash bombs.....doesnt really show how to kill a monoblos.you need to be wearing at least armor and weapons that are the same level as monoblos. hes 4 star and youre using hr5 stuff. people won't be able to get that kind of equipment at that level. and wheres the text which should be explaining what to do and stuff?¬_¬

Should be Devil Sicer as for the sharpness. It's white I suppose. So the armor gives Sharpness +1 I guess.

I used an Eager Cleaver. I also brought like 10 sonic bombs and the ingredients to make more. Its a walk in the park tbh. Throw a bomb when it burrows underground and you get like 5 free hits or more.

how do i get blood red horn from monoblos

you need to break its horn, theres several places (never in the open desert where you need a hot/cold drink depending on time of day) where a monblos or diablos will get their horns stuck in a wall when chargeing, the easyest place to get them to do it is in the centeral zone that has a big stone in the middle of it, (usually where you find the blos the first time) when his horn(s) are stuck in the wall run up there and wail away on his face, do enough and his horn will break, kill or capture.

normally you would need to hit the horn, but if you are able to make monoblos to stuck his horn in the rock then the horn will break after a few time (I dunno how many sorry).

yes it is. Quite easy to obtain this armor set. Try to use hammer to kill ceanataur cuz you can break more body parts so you will receive more reward to make this set.

monoblos is kind of tough, i use longswords and it took me a few tries

black katana mk2 didn't work for me, i started using black scythe and i had better luck

now if i could just beat white monoblos!

Nah Saul is right. White Blos is outright nastier and slightly resilient than its counterpart. Monoblos took a beating from me w/out any problems but White Blos packs a punch that you get to see loading screens more often than you should.

I basically smacked White Blos with small/lg bomb+s and opportunistic assaults made possible by Flash/Sonicbombs. Rinse and repeat and learn how to roll or dodge quickly when he's in rage mode because you're in for some good damn beating.

Totally right, I just got to 4 star quests, on my first go I killed Blos but it costed me all my potions, but White Monoblos just seems to kill be just before I kill him.

I suggest using a Eager Cleaver, that thing just rocks.

I had your problem, i think i can help :]

First of all get full ceanatuar armour with approriate jewels. Use a melee weapon, bows are usually weak in the shop at this stage. I recemond the eager cleaver or devil slicer. Go to area 7 and try to get him stuck into the pillar as much as you can. Aim for the tail, it shud come off with 30+ hits Then aim for the head and break its horn. Now the monoblos canot attack properly. Attack him at his legs using flash+sonic bombs. He shud be dead!

tip: dont talk to your pig it makes you bad luck, the opponent get stronger

get him stuck at the pillar then go for his tail 10 slashs is what it takes for me to cut it off, with that off get him stuck at the pillar again and charge his face after his horn is broken its open seasion go for his legs and make him fall then charge his chest and if you do that then he should be dead in a few mins, GS only

since u use bows how about sonic bow I or II (if u can get it) monoblos is weak against thunder, also there are some areas in which u can climb up on the ledge and he can't hit u unless ur to near, when he's weak he'll go to rage often and eventually will limp, try capturing him so u can get monoblos heart (rare) u can also get monoblos heart everytime u ledge him (the shiny thingy)

instead of doing that u could trade dragon moss/dragon wood for eldr dragon bone, lg bone or thunder bug juice

to get dragon moss/dragon wood u need to get it from tanyas boat or whatever its called u just send him to forest and hill and pay 200~300 pokke points (pay 300 and theres a better chance of getting the stuff). but what ever u need to do a quest then go back to tanya and get the stuff then u gust trade it with the old guys that appear in most of the areas and again he may get juice

I love LS. I went to all kinds of guide sites. they all told me to either use GS or GL. and what happened to me every time is death, death, death, and the damn monoblos didnt even flinch once. with LS i did it in 1 try.

I kind of bet that you're pretty new to longsword at that time, correct? Cuz. in the video, i see many chances for you to attack(which i did when i did it) and you missed it.

He must of had high ESp or armour with jewels in the armour,ESP makes it that youe weapon and penetrate and hide(your weapon goes through where without ESP your wep would bounce off)
