I have a similar question what is the song at the end of the quark segment? By the way This made up my mind when I buy ice tools next year I'm going with the quark or the new model.
I am in love with the hip hop song at the end!! It starts around 10:30 in the summer climbing bit, the artist sounds super familiar but I can't find it online :/ Does anyone know who it is?

Hi, if I buy the Quark what brings? includes the tools for fix the attachments or extra set? Thank you!!! by the way the song "time to take out the trash" from degiheugi is amazing.
@petzlcrew Thank you !! Anyway I decided to buy t 2 days ago at backcountry. I hope to try it on march at the "head of the Condor" Bolivia. In gratitude I will send a short video of the climb.
Yes the quark is suitable for mixed climbing, it is delivered with the T rated Ice pick (U19 ICE), if you plan intensive use in mixed terrain you can opt for a extra set T rated DRY picks (U19 DRY).
anybody else find it frustrating that they use such amazing music...that is impossible to find? petzl should release like an album for these guys or something...i think it'd be cool
hi im a beginner which tool would be beast for me - the Nomic of The Quark for ice and mountain use? Ant if for egz. Quark then i should get two hammers of the hammer and the shovel ?
@EwaWigor I'm going to buy the Quark because it seems better for mixed climbing like you would find in mountaineering, that is a tool for both rock and ice. I think the Nomic is more designed for pure ice routes. I can't see plunging that thick handled Nomic into hard packed snow. You'd need a thinner shaft like the Quark. Get both hammer and adze (shovel). You may want to bang in some pitons and you can't dig out ice and hard snow very well with just the blade.
Does drytooling allow you to climb harder routes than say... chris sharma... It looks like if you didnt have those tools it would be hard as hell to climb those routes.. I don't ice climb so someone help me out here. It looks very inefficient too to cut feet after every move.. or is that the style?
i love how in the quark section of the video, they have that cheezy noise from the ice axes swinging...swoooosh .....seriously ???!!

There is no problem with the griprest on the QUARK.
The QUARK is delivered with the allen key to change the blades and the hammer.

1:24 sample taken from Wendy Rene - After Laughter. Great original song but here very , very shitty use in this poor pop song.
And new Nomic failed.
