I've never heard the 'original' version of this. I love this music because The Cadets Drum Corp played it in 1992.

Wow, I remember this from my senior year of high school. Snare drum part kicked my ass. One of the only times I ever just looked at sheet music and grinned and laughed about insane it looked. Soooo many freaking time signatures. We never did nail this piece well enough to play it in a concert. Guess it was just a teensy bit beyond us at the time.
