  • Your neigbours must love you :D

  • Incoming call at the end: "Stop that racket!" hand up-followed by pounding on the wall...

  • SirSchwann53 would like the public to know that he refers to himself in the third person all the time Mr. UTbone

  • how in the name of fuck did i get to this video?

  • *knock at door "excuse me sir, do you have a small dying animal in your house?" That is a ridiculously high note!

  • Why is this guy so under rated.. hes clearly one of the best players in the nation

  • @ShangSoulProductions Range does not = great musicianship

  • @trumpetscrub but it does help

  • The neighbors are already calling haha

  • *SCRRREEEEAAAAMM!!!!!* Ring ring....Hello?

  • What a nice video description. lol

  • yeah, my tuner registered a slightly-sharp Bb. Not a C. nice try though.

    and still very high.

  • That's a B♭, not C.

    /musician fail

  • @IngeniousFirefly Remember, Trumpets are in the key of Bb. So its a C on the trumpet, but Bb to piano or flute or whatever.

  • @IngeniousFirefly @laugh0at0you

trumpet is a Bb instrument. Therefore a C is a concert Bb.

    /musician fail.

  • @IngeniousFirefly Transposition fail!

  • that embouchure is amazing

  • 0:18 his neighbors calling him to tell him to shut the fuck up lol , anyway good screaming :D

  • So how do you scream good? :P

  • why was some one vacuming when he did this

  • Trumpet ear piercing alarm activated....

  • I thought the reflection of the fan in the picture was steam coming from the bell xD

  • i can play triple G without pinching it and im like 10 :)

  • @TheDiensn

If you were ten you wouldn't be on here.

  • @RINGMASTER1118 If you knew about instruments then you would know that he is clearly talking about a trumpet's C, which is a concert Bb. Anybody interested in this video would probably already know that, since they likely know about horns themselves.

  • @treymason Oh right. Good call

  • all he is doing is yelling into his trumpet not that impressive.............

  • @Homieknight5 slap your self

  • R.I.P. headphone users...

  • i can hit the F above that on tenor sax lolz

  • I believe that is a high Bb. NOT a C

  • @RINGMASTER1118 captain obvious

  • @RINGMASTER1118 your fucking dumb because he is playing it as open. a Bb would be a 1st dumbass

  • @stink2thewink Okay mr. smartass, Do you have a piano? Play the video and find the note on the piano. It would be Bb. And look at treymason's comment if you want to know why we disagree

  • Is this you?? Can you give me tips on how to scream??

  • Holy crap! I didn't think a trumpet even went that high!

  • ....woa

  • wow! my ears are ringing lol :)

  • Oh My Jesus.. I Think This Almost broke My Computer. o.o

  • Wow

  • he passed out right after this

  • The phone call is his neighbor telling him to shut the fuck up.

  • i got it... for like 3 secs >.<

  • ooh my gooooooooodd

  • DUDE

  • "Excuse me while I take this call.....Hello? I think you have the wrong number.... DANGIT!!!!! I was SOOOO close to breaking the world record" - LOL

  • I can play a double high V...on my vaginaphone!

  • you should've answered the phone like that.

  • Wow

  • And thats just his warm up

  • The top comments are the same.

  • @CharlesOver9000 cuz the second ones a poser

  • This can also be called a triple C. But a double high C is just as common. I personally prefer the first.

  • For all of the uninformed posting here: I'm a trumpet player of 36 years and have spent some time with Bill recently taking a lesson (my first at the ripe old age of 48) and attending two of his gigs (at his invitation, he's a really good guy) and this is for real, but just a demonstration of an easy double C, maintained. Bill is an amazingly talented musician who plays with feeling and musicality, using range as a part of the musical picture, not just screaming for screaming's sake.

  • isnt that a triple high c?

  • @Phlatpop Nope. Double. And nicely done too.

  • @Phlatpop maybe triple for you, but for real trumpet players, only double

  • obviously justin beiber singing a low note.

  • The phone is his landlord getting ready to evict him for disturbing everybody....

  • Really? You morons actually think this is fake? You can't turn THAT red simply holding your breath. He has more skill than you. GET OVER IT

  • I want my car alarm to sound like that! Itll bust my crooks eardrums

  • thats a fake as u can see in the begining of the video he started blowing but it didnt hear and his lips were moving and yet same tone FAKE!!!

  • @xerohero100

    The sound is behind

Notice in the beginning that the picture shows but the sound is delayed by a second

  • Comment removed

  • He is setting his embouchure before he starts the note. You can see the sound is in sync with when he starts the air. Also, in :06 his mouth corners adjust right in sync as he adjusts the pitch up.

  • lmao, fuck, that's impressive.

  • haha the phone ringed at the end

  • damn, not that its too hard but i like how he just hit that without building up to it

  • Definitely a tea kettle...

  • The two top comments are great. And please, don't thumbs this up because then it'll replace one of them. :P

  • I think my tea is ready.

  • @beatleplayer1011 basically, the more pressure you use, the harder it's going to be for your lips to sustain the "grip" they have on the mouthpiece and that ever so small "buzz hole". try doing slurs, scales, and range work using as little pressure as you can. that really helps build the chops and forces you to use air, which is really the key to playing high notes. It takes a while, but it makes playing in the upper register easier and much more sustainable.

  • Need some ibuprofen?

  • Now slur up to it.

  • Is that his tuning note?

  • I can do this >:)

  • Over shot it about 20 cents sharp.. lol nice job though

  • Well done. I assume your using the no pressure technique?

  • @groovyone1811745 no it's an octave above that

  • Is double c the one that is on the second ledger line above the staff? Im in 6th grade so I dont know these things ive only played for around 2 years but i hit this open high note which i thought was the E on the third line over the staff.

  • @groovyone1811745 Man, I couldn't even THINK about notes like that in the 6th grade. Of course, I'm a trombone player so I'm speaking relatively, of course.

  • TEAS READYY

  • Nice that was incredible! I play the trumpet but right now can only hit double high A.

  • Flava Flav wants his clock back...

  • man ur a freaking legion!

  • Ha ha, love it!

  • Ha ha, love it!

  • oh the teas ready. brb

  • pretty sure thats a triple.

  • good job to the player

  • I can play this note. It's choppy and out-of-tune, but I can manage it

  • lol, that's easy

  • that must be good for your ears

  • Was that really you? How do you play likeCan you tell us your practice sessions please... Thats amazing how you can do that

  • Only if I was dis good

  • Comment removed

  • Oh yeah adding some flav-a-flav to the trumpet.

  • @koolmoedee95 That is not always the case. It's true that a c on a trumpet is Bb but that is only the case for a Bb-Trumpet. Also keep in mind that there are C-Trumpets as well. And Eb-Trumpets. Along with D and Piccolo Trumpets.

  • Kettle's boiling - 2 sugars in my tea please !

  • LOL!!

  • This is so Bad!

  • omg

  • this video has epic highest rated comments!

  • I just love how his face just gets poop

  • Bb and C are not the same on trumpet, Bb and A# are the same

  • @talon72763 OMFG did you learn musicality at the learning annex, Bb CONCERT (concert meaning the key the low brass plays in, and what most bands use as the universal key) is a C for trumpets! Every instrument is in a different key, the trumpets are in Bb, therefore, whatever note name the low brass has, the trumpets have the note above it. i.e. Bb concert = C in the key of Bb

  • your tea is done

  • @dartrema- yo man, no matter how clever that diss was, no one understands it. hindi ka nila naiintindihan

  • nice kaTangaHan!!!!!

  • Do you still work at Domino's?

  • that's a Bb

  • @sama12ska Bb is c for trumpets

  • how do u do that without dying?!?

  • yea for those of you who want to know how to play high, you just need to work on low lip slurs. playing high comes later. work on annotation before range.

  • i wish i could play my trumpet again, fuck my braces -_-

  • Dead in 3...2...1...

  • what was the point of that? where's the music?

  • LOL at the annotation

  • mmm how I would like to play some of that screamo on my trumpet

  • holy shit it scared the shit out of my

  • Did you notice how the phone rang at the end? That was someone calling about a gig! If you can play a dubba C like that then the phone will ring for you too.

  • @badddnote that was the alarm on the timer...

  • lol i can hit it but i wouldve passed out round 7 secs i wouldve smashed dat floor

  • but you play trombone i guess?

  • Comment removed

  • @elimaurer85 said he sucked and that he could do it better and he was in 6th grade

  • @trumpet1ization Kid, go screw yourself. Oh wait, you already do every night to Justin Bieber. Go back to your parents and ask whether you were adopted or not.

    SPOILER: You were.

  • @JuilliardOrBust hey how about fuck u ese u dick sucker

  • @trumpet1ization What's that? You shouldn't type with one hand while masturbating with the other - it causes typos and makes you sound like a retard.

Anyways, mad props to the trumpet player.

  • HOW DO YOU SCREAM LIKE THAT?? LOL

  • that note sounded like crap flat out....and that wasnt screaming it was a crappy note held out..... nuff said

  • jajajajajajaaaa

  • thats not easy

  • and the cherry on top of the douche cake... he has the clock set up so everyone can see his awesome 12 seconds of glory...

  • @TheOriginal514 lol and everyone wonders where trumpet players get the reputation for being arrogant

  • If it is not you, then why the fuck did you upload it?

  • thats kid sh**

  • Ummm...for all the people that think this is fake, I am pretty sure that your head doesn't turn cherry red when you just hold your breath for 12 seconds.

  • the thea is ready

  • @simonksi1

i just pissed myself at your comment!!!! hahahahaa

  • how?!?!

  • i'm sure his neighbors love him for this.

  • Comment removed

  • This video would have been 9000+ better if he was circular breathing.

  • hope he dosn't have any dogs

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!

    that's brilliant.

  • thats not even high C u fail

  • @aphrozo15002 C on a Bb Trumpet is a concert Bb, nearly all trumpet players play a Bb Trumpet, either along with other types or exclusively, so in general if you refer to a double C on a trumpet, it's actually a Bb. If you knew ANYTHING about the trumpet, you'd know that.

  • @JairajGeorge It's an easy mistake to make, not everyone is a know-it-all show-off like you!!

  • @spiltnailvarnish92 he's not a show-off. anyone who knows anything about brass instruments knows that the trumpet is heard down a tone from, say, stringed instruments.

  • @aphrozo15002 its a high C for a trumpet. that would be a concert Bflat. gosh.

  • AH! My ears! Why was my volume so high?!

  • It's a concert b flat, but a c for trumpet
