This really is such a touching song, i think this and Unjust Life are my favorite pieces from Angel Beats! such great music all around tho, in that sense Clannad is the same, i don't remember them as well but im sure Kanon and Air do too, so i guess good music is a given with Key's works just like anything Yuki Kajiura does is amazing as well.

The music, characters, and storyline calm me down from the stress of life. These shows are, to me, like moving pieces of art, and deep thoughts with a chilled out undertone.

For something happy to watch, you might want to try one of those over the top comedies, they're so crazy you'll laugh out loud constantly. Try seitokai yakuindomo.

@DarthCharWoW The ending wasn't depressing at all. It's a way to express how to start your life from zero and remake it your own after. It's one of the rare animes I don't want to see a follow-up and still liked it. The emotions hidden behind the ending was so powerful yet so happy almost made me cry of joy and love.
