Great vid!! I'm a newby this is too complicated for me right now. But great to watch. What sort of Drill is that? how many amps and RPM's I need to build a work bench but it has to be more basic pathetic isn't it. I'll subscribe - Do you like Porter Cable?
BASEMENT WORKSHOP!!! im building one in my basement too, only drawback is the floor isnt very level in some areas and the ceiling height (well techincaly the floor) is about 6.5' so there isnt much headroom. Well i gotta say, your tips are really awesome, i have only watched 3 of your vids, and i have learned lots, im sure gonna subscribe and watch more!
Thanks Chuck - much appreciated! I haven't done a workbench with doors yet. But I think I'd try plywood for my first doors. No need to make frame and panel doors just to hide a few hand tools. Thanks again for watching. - Jim
Sir, I want to tell you that your verbal presentation is really strong, You don't bore people with a lot of useless dialog that means nothing. I also use drywall screws...nice to know that I am on the right track... I need to make and install doors on my work bench...any pointers???//Chuck

out of curiosity, why do you use drywall screws?

Hi Dave - I like using drywall screws for these benches because they're fast, fairly strong and I've got plenty on hand. - Jim
