How do you like the RedMax trimmer? I'm looking at the RedMax BCZ2450T, BCZ2650T, and the Echo SRM-265T.... Not sure what I'm going to buy yet. I'm needing opinions on the RedMax trimmers. I have a local, top-notch RedMax dealer that's 2 miles away. The closest Echo dealer whom I'd buy from is 17 miles away...
Why is this guy walking backwards? Not too professional. And the comments on guards being useless. You won't keep too many commercial or resi. contracts or customers if you are putting out windows. What's a few extra minutes vs. having to pay more for liability insurance. Rather be dollar wise than penny foolish. Cut and runs never think about the long term just the short buck.
Glasses would be great to have on, but yea we cut 65 yards a week and for 20 years. Have never used guards. Sure we go through a little more weedeaters but knock off about an hour a day compared to with guard
Redmax by far blows Stihl away when it comes to string trimmers and stick edgers; but I sure gotta piece of crap (commercial grade) hedge trimmer from Redmax. Had a cheap Stihl hedge trimmer that was far more durable and never fouled a plug!
That looks somewhat like ours, except it might be a little younger. Thanks for sharing this video with me! BTW, I'm making your Echo vs. Redmax video today! Should be up soon.
well the length of the line depends on the power of the gear box. ive used echos with gear boxes designed to allow line out, and shindawais that become unbalanced with alot of line out. it all depends. anyway, good form.
nice winter lawn

also, guards on string trimmers are for rookies! I would have to agree with too much line being out, tends to over work the trimmer.
