Your review is not from the original Fallout. The original Fallout games were PC only. You're talking about FO:Brotherhood of Steel, which was nothing like the original.

It's something I really only ever hear from my friends who do theatre because they have to do all the vocal exercises and stuff. Yeah, I know, it's a weird think to notice. Haha.
