Bird had a rare talent, that made him special. He wasn't a big headed player, he wasn't a I want the ball all the time, and he had just the right mix of talent, speed, skill, and a pinch of luck, with a good cast, to make everyone better. Wish I could have seen him play live.

Larry was a better shooter from the outside, perimeter, and freethrow line, % will back this up. Was a much better passer and rebounder,% will back this up. He was actually a better scorer, yes scorer! Just because you avg. more points a game doesnt make you a better scorer. Jordan was a better defender on a 1-3, but the only thing Jordan was better at offensively was driving to the basket. Not to mention Jordan racked up all those stats and rings when the League was at its worst, watered down!

Statistically, MVP-wise, ring-wise, and just general sentiment from HOF'ers.
