Double post, but you could make a poll on some external site every time viewers get to choose, and proceed as voted by the majority on the poll.

Viewers like polls, especially if they know their answer will "make a difference"

Obviously some of the more complicated events can't be polled (like the character creation and stuff like that), with only a few absolute choices, but many can.

An interactive LP, nice idea. Probably going to be more fun, and with more interaction, than the first cd-rom interactive games with crappy video and practically no control over how the game goes on.

I still think kindly of Dragon's Lair, but it was pre-cdrom era.

Well have fun with Fallout 3. Just when you get to the character customization part, I recommend not spending a whole video showing yourself customizing a female character with a bunch of random letters for a name. Just a suggestion, but I guess I really shouldn't tell you how to do this :P
