  • the thing i love about your guppies is there delicate looking colours and fins not like the near fluroscent ones i see in the shops , where did you get yours from? id love to start up my own guppy breeding tank

  • beautiful guppies im getting a couple soon for my 10 gallon aquarium

  • That's great!

  • Do they breed like mad?

  • They are determined to keep the species Poecilia reticulata going forever!

  • I am wondering if all (or some) of those plants are those decoration plants that they would sell in the arts and crafts center at wal mart or hobby lobby. It seems like a good idea to me because they're cheap, pretty and protect all of the fry.

    please let me know!

  • I thini I ordered them from an on-line "thatfishplace" website. The prices weren't that bad.

  • ya i bet alot of this guppys are death now they usauly life 2 years and ya it takes som time to have them full grown to

but in good condisions they can life 3 years somtimes hapenned to me

  • guppys are the most beutifull fishes

  • oohh! thats cool! the aqarium.. the fry makes it look cooler..

  • anybody know if you can put small tree branches in aquariums?

  • not just regular ones. they'll rot

  • th one that shows up at 52-54....lol i forgot to put what time it came up

  • I believe he basically was a tuxedo, but all of these fish were "mongrels" of one variety or another. I find it interesting to see how they turn out....one never knows....

  • that male that swims by close to the bottom with the big blue tail what kind is he cause i have one just lie it and i cant figure out wat kind he is?

  • how do u get them to grow full size i still have th problem where they only grom ike 2 thrids and i feed them 3 times a day.. 78 degrees and regular water changes

  • you have alot of pregnant guppys there

  • They need to show restraint.

  • they dont eat the babies cause you feed them well right?

  • lOVE YOUR TANK TO PIECES 5 STAR :-)

  • ur guppies are pretty. where did you get them? did you order them from a site? store? oh and did any of ur guppies have babies?

  • Thank you! These fish are all related to each other and I got the originals from a pet store. I'm thinking about ordering some really nice ones on-line this spring.

  • will swordtailed guppies mate with other guppies.... at the petstore they had diffrent names for it but it looks exactly like guppies

  • i want ur guppies!!!! are they fancy guppies???

  • Lets say they are fancy mongrel guppies...

  • very nice!!

    cool song also. =)

And what about the plants, are they natural? do you use any kind of CO2 injection?

  • I believe its a mix of real and fake for this video. No CO2 injection.....

  • help!

i just got 3 female guppies.all of the other fish in the tank that i got my 3 from were healthy with no dead fish or signs of ich. in my 20 gal, there is a corycat,glofish,3 male guppies and 1 female and they all r healthy and the water is perfect. when i added the 3 other females they were doin perfectly fine for 3 days, but now those 3 females r always at the top behind my filter with their fins clamped to their bodies but none of the other fish r like this.

    someone please help!

  • r all of those guppies kinda related.will the bros and sisters mate and make more fry to eventually fil the tank lik urs or will some of them be deformed?

    great vid !

  • Yes, no, and yes!

    The siblings will mate,

but a lot of the newborn fry will be eaten by mom and dad, aunts and uncles, etc etc.

If there is some bad genetic programing in there (and there was in this bunch) there will be deformaties or early fatalities for no apparent reason. I had a guppy with a partial second head which survived about six months!

  • wow

do u hav a pic of it!?

  • i put mine in a box breeder so most will survive

  • very very nice!

  • thanks!

  • There's quite a bit of variety in the males for them all to be so closely linked. I just got my first batch of fry back in April, still waiting for them to start showing some color so I can decide which ones to sell.

  • I'm lucky there r 5 pet shops close to me so i sell my babies to 2 of them and buy pritty ones from the others but the one i sell to don't know i buy from the others lol :-D

  • that was sweet video dude i was getting right into it then it ended :-( i can't wait for number 3 i like that one with 2 tails not the one at the start i seen on that was all black and it tail was beautiful dark but bright blue and it looked like a little diver with blue flipper coz it was going one at a time like it was kicking :-) shame there all in bread they say that they mature at 3 months so separate them between 8 to 12 weeks into males and females

  • kinda depressing lol.. those guppies parents r probably brothers and sister </3

  • luv your vids i my self have 3 gups and a load of guppy babies lol i love the music 2

  • ok, but you can´t put all the generations on the same tank.. please...

  • Yeah, I know....

  • Look Bad and ugly guppy

  • lwnk - It takes a lot of time and multiple tanks to keep generations of guppies looking nice. These guys are "mongrels". I need to get some fresh genes added to their gene pool.

  • Who's Dave Bishop? He's got a great sound! Your fish look good too!
